The beginning of these posts was my My Life Just Hit a Brick Wall at High Velocity, on the Cusp of My 50th Birthday: Mid Life Crisis 101 post. I link that post because I want to give my readers some useful context for what I write in these posts.
Warm greetings all! 🙏 💚
Today was a beautiful, productive Friday, that alternated between sun and rain multiple times through the day. I had a few important Hive task that I focused on getting done before I got myself into working on the land today. Thankfully I was able to get all of them done, though it took from early morning until just after 3PM to do it. A lot of focus and time to be sure, but I'm doing better and better on Hive all the time, so it's worth it to me.
I have lots of cute gecko friends, but I just met this little bugger, that fell on my arm from the ceiling.
One of the three Hive tasks was to write and publish my Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation: Have the Courage to Act When You Don't Feel Ready! post, and then share it on Noise.app and Twitter, which I did. I've been setting Daily Hive Goals, and working to complete each one before sleep. My productivity is increasing quite a bit doing it this way, which makes me feel very satisfied indeed!
When I finally had everything done on Hive (for a little while anyway), I did a little shadow hunting (and got some cool shots), then I went to go continue clearing and checking the fence line in the chicken pen. Jens and Ryan joined me, and they cleared inside the fence, to open up more of the area for the chickens, for better human access, and to plant more papayas. As I was clearing the fence line, I found two more big holes in the fence, where pigs had pushed their way into the pen. We fixed the first hole that I mentioned finding yesterday before going inside the pen to clear. The two new holes that I found could be easily fixed, which is great, however, I found a far more problematic situation as I went further down the fence line, on the jungle side. A massive branch from a dead albizia tree had fallen on the fence, crushing it. This meant that this project became far more involved than anticipated, and would require more people. With this realization, I redirected my focus to helping to clear inside the pen to open it up more.
Jens left before us, to take a bucket full of papayas that he harvested to Tutu. Ryan and I continued clearing for maybe another hour, then we called it a day just before the sun began going down. After putting my machete away, I took a shower, then poured out another round of kefir, and began a new batch. I then made myself another egg and cheese on sourdough, to take up to the Flow House, to eat as I dove back into my Hive evening tasks, one of which was to put together and submit My Entry for Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 249 - Jabuticaba Shadows. After that, and toward the end, I began on this post.
So today was a very productive day, both on Hive and at GaiaYoga, though it was definitely a more Hive-focused day. Since I'm pretty sleepy, I want to end this post for now, so that I can do one more catch-up-on-Hive round before sleep completely overtakes me. G'Night for now y'all! Until tomorrow! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚
