Ось і настав той момент, коли для консервації огірків вже на грядках немає кропу. Він просто вже переріс, засох, і насіває по землі своє насіннячко. А от огірочки хоч і менше, але все ж таки радують нас свіжими плодами. Частина з них йде прямо зі стебла до столу, але ж і залишається достатньо, щоб заготувати на зиму.

І якби не оці сухоцвіти кріпцю, то не було б чого покласти в банки. Тепер робитиму таку заготовку сухого кріпцю щороку. Щоб потім не закручувати огірки без цієї ароматної рослини. А кріпець - це взагалі геніальна ідея! Бо зазвичай у серпні він вже весь сухий. Навіть підсіяний пізніше - ще не встиг дати суцвіть, які так потрібні для консервування. Тому - беремо все корисне навіть із стихій, які заважають нам жити!

For example, - before a storm warning, you could at least cover your small beds with some kind of awning. And then the hail would not damage the plants. And tomatoes for adjika, and for canning, would not have to be bought.
And the serf is a brilliant idea in general! Because usually in August it is already completely dry. Even sown later - it has not yet had time to produce inflorescences, which are so necessary for canning. Therefore, we take everything useful even from the elements that prevent us from living!
