What is difficult for you is also difficult for somebody, especially when it comes to finance. Most people don't realize this because we believe that when somebody earns more than you, they should have more money than you, which is a lie finance doesn't work like that. We have people who earn more than you and they're broke more than you just because of the kind of life they are living, and the kind of expenses they are paying, you that you are earning less might have a better way of controlling your expenses more than them, which put you in a better position more than them.
As we earn more money, we tend to increase our expenses as well. This is because we often live up to our income, leading to a lifestyle that matches our earnings. Hence, some individuals complain even when they are earning big, as they have adjusted their spending habits accordingly. They struggle to reduce their expenses and prioritize their needs over wants. Those who struggle with managing their income typically focus on satisfying their wants rather than their needs.
It is easy to judge but we are making the same mistake.
This is why we should stop judging people because they are also making the same mistake you are making. You will see somebody earning millions you immediately believe they should have extra savings somewhere to give you a loan. Meanwhile, your salary is not bad because you lack money management, you end up looking for who you can take a loan from. the person that you want to take a loan from may not even have this money, but we quickly pass judgment and start hating on the things that we can not afford for ourselves.
It's surprising that many wealthy people still end up borrowing money from others despite having so much themselves. It can be frustrating for those who struggle to make ends meet and are constantly living paycheck to paycheck. Additionally, it's easy for misunderstandings to arise when people who appear wealthy refuse to lend money, leaving others to assume they are simply unwilling to help. It seems that there is a problematic mindset surrounding money that needs to be addressed.
Be disciplined with your income
It's important to be disciplined with our finances, regardless of how much we earn. We may have unlimited wealth, but if we don't control our spending, we'll appear rich but not actually be wealthy. To avoid this, we need to be strict and disciplined with our expenses, cutting out unnecessary costs and setting aside savings for emergencies. This doesn't mean we have to deprive ourselves of life's pleasures, but rather we should plan our spending accordingly. By learning from our past mistakes and saving, we can avoid repeating the same financial errors and not end up blaming people who do not offend us and who also lack financial discipline.
