When you heard $10k most of you might have thought it is a clickbait title but no, it is actually true and officially confirmed by @leogrowth that sprint of quests will begin on April 5, here is announcement post.
This Sprint Quests will be on "Crew3" and have discussed what it is and how it works in details here.
My Expectations from the Sprint
Firstly, Sprint means a "Round" which will last for a month and there will be quests/tasks to complete each day to earn XP/poinsts to climb up on leaderboard for prizes.
I enjoyed the last sprint which was to get feedback and after trying that I'm expecting this Sprint will be more challenging and tough since huge prize, many people will join from hive and outside hive as well.
The Quests will be fun and going to bring value in hive in form of more engagements, new users, Gamified Experience.
How can we reach more people until Sprint starts?
A bit of hype or spark is always necessary before launching a product which is already done with "Feedback" Quests sprint.
We can reach to more people within hive ecosystem by making announcement before a week it begin easily.
Now as far I know Leofinance target is to attract users from "Web2" and reaching to more people there is possible with community support and also making an announcement tweet or thread with $10,000 Prize in title than boosting it as an ad which will reach out to a lot and high probability of bringing new people even before Sprint starts.
My plan for Sprint and how should others get prepared for that?
My plan is simply not doing any mistake and do Quests as soon as it arrives, maintain the position on Leaderboard and collect all of "XP" without missing any cuz each point matters in the end.
Also making a habit of daily check-in Crew3 for quests without getting lazy. This is all my plan and you should also remember these things to prepare yourself for sprint.
What will be different for our ecosystem before and after the Sprint?
With crew3 coming quests, it will make a different in our everyday hive routine by doing Quests it's like making habit or used to with engaging in ecosystem.
Also Gamification will keep things interesting and hyped over the time.
More new monthly active users (MAU's) and community will be on same page like everyone doin same quests let's say that is making a tweet about hive and more than 300 people do it. so, this will make a lot of impact and different in our ecosystem.

In the end next sprint is coming near and as of now we've 3rd hive birthday after 2 days.
So, all of Good thing's are happening for community whether building new Dapps and initiatives like quests always makes our user experience more Good.
