Looking at the 7-day chart, we saw ETH dip to around $3,320 in early August before recovering steadily. The momentum really picked up on August 6th and 7th, pushing ETH through several resistance levels and suggesting renewed confidence in the market.
This price movement comes as Ethereum benefits from a mix of on-chain strength and external developments. On August 7th, several headlines pointed to growing institutional interest in ETH, with two major asset managers filing to launch Ethereum-based products in Q4. At the same time, ETH staking levels hit a new high, locking over 38% of circulating ETH in smart contracts, which may be contributing to reduced sell pressure.
