Our eye is peculiar to our life and should be properly cared for as it is one of the five main sense organs of our body. The more we browse with our mobile smartphone, the more our eyes becomes susceptible to abnormal light absorption from our mobile screen.
Without wasting our time, lets quickly explore through these few sensitive questions and solutions below to help us see the need to maintain proper visual health has we grow older.
1. What home remedy is good for eye strain?
Here are a few of them:
• Cold compress. Place a cold wash cloth over your closed eyes two to three times a day for five minutes at a time to manage pain and swelling.
• Castor oil. Eye drops containing castor oil may help reduce eye irritation.

2. Does black background reduce eye strain?
