We are many people around the world appreciating Sebastian Coe, and what he did in running. And as he often is saying: I remember my first world record best!
Sebastian Newbold Coe, or just Sebastian Coe is born on the 29. September 1956 in Chiswick in London, and he has earlier been a British athlete and a politician. And from the 19 August 2015, he is the leader for the World Athletics. He has earlier worked to get the Summer Olympic Games in 2012 to London, and he was the leader in the organizing committee LOCOG. And this abbrevation stands for London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games. And you cannot lead any organization properly today, unless you are clever, and unless you are known, and unless you have competence and research background. And sports are much about thinking the right things on the right places, and also being updated with psychology and philosophy about what you are doing from time to time. And we need to think individually and within groups.
We should be in the best environments of all good environments at earth. And pleasure and enjoying the human nature are factors we need to think about at every time everywhere. And every history has been filled with these things. Sebastian Coe won four olympic medals, and he improved eight world records outdoors on the intermediate distances, and the first time was in 1979 on 800 meters, and one on one English mile. He is the only athlete in the world, that has had the world record on all the four intermediate distances at the same time. He also put three world records indoors.
Sebastian Coe is our running friend today around the world. And we remember the intensive competition about Sebastian Coe, Steve Cram and Steve Ovett! Maybe, the world is not enough, but these athletes put the borders to new borders. And so is life! What can ever be done and not done, and why do you claim as you claim? Sebastian Coe has shown the world that everything is possible if you have the talents available, and if you train a lot! And in Norway today, we have Jakob Ingebrigtsen, and he has just now taken the European record in running 1 500 meters! Amazing when we know that his father and his coach, Gjert Ingebrigtsen is knowing the game and the strategies, and that he makes the boys Ingebrigtsen motivated and strong in their heads! And that is the key to do something, and you should never be in doubt about your training, and doing races in competitions! Gjert Ingebrigtsen has no education in coaching, but he has shown the world, that if you believe in results and in doing new and better things in running, you should just go for it. And we are training, eating and sleeping at the national teams!
Sebastian Coe has been married twice, and he has totally four children from these marriages, two girls and two boys! He is married with Carole Annett today! He has written books about what he has done as a famous international runner, and his times and his races are popular to talk and walk about even today. The most known books Sebastian Coe has written are: «Running for Fitness», and «Running: My Life». And you find pictures and text about Sebastian Coe on the internet, on TV, on radio, in the newspapers and several more places. The running zone is not an anti-doping free zone, but there is doping there to increase the potential for good results with your body even more and even better! You also see incredible races from Sebastian Coe on the videos on the internet, and he has had many great times as an athlete! We love Sebastian Coe due to his talents, and his good sight for given the world some new shocks from his marvellous times. Any world record in any discipline is a great job, and you learn to focus and for getting nice talking and much love. Much with Sebastian Coe is about running, and being on track in life!
