You know blockchain is very recent and updated Technology. So much people are not familiar with this technology. Specially, most of the people in a country like Bangladesh have no idea about the things. It is very much new to most of us even couple of years back I didn't have any ABC knowledge about the blockchain and decentralized technology. But within two years gradually I have learned a few things about these technologies. I am regularly blogging here in hive. For me it's about one year and 6 months journey in steem then hive. As you can see from my profile that my reputation is now 70+ and I think its huge.
In this journey of one and half year I have learnt several things and several techniques. Couple of weeks back, I met a very good person in a twitter interview @nathanmars from UK who is promoting hive and influencing hive to several communities. I have learnt a lot of things about hive and his journey throughout the decentralized platforms. He is full time working to promote hive and attracting investor here. Personally, I was working in educating people and influencing friends & families towards hive. But after interview with him, I am highly motivated to do it faster.
I have started to educate people about Hive, decentralization. Now I try to influence more and helping people joining & working here. In today's post, I want to share that kind of information and techniques what I am doing to educate people and attracting people and to learn people about Hive and blockchain.
Influencing Friends and Family first
First of all, I started to talk to my friends & family and colleagues about this blogging platform and decentralized blockchain Technology. I am sharing them the basic difference between these blogging techniques and other traditional social media. I am explaining them. What I have seen whenever I am talking about this thing to anyone, they are accepting this nicely. And that should be because of the advantages of this technology over other traditional. So, I have meet some of my colleagues and friends to share this message and information of blogging platform like #hive. I want to mention them here so that they can also see how I am feeling about them and introducing them to this community as well. Here in the list of people who was influenced by me to start hive blogging and doing well.

Delegating some HP to my new influencing people
In my early joining of steem or blockchain, I didn't have mentor or supporter. All the things I have learnt from the internet and get some help from different discord channel and community. I have mentioned in my couple of blocks earlier about my journey. I have shared experiences of my steem and then Hive journey in a previous post. The list of people as you can see from my profile I had delegated to them some HP so that they can easily post, comment, upvote.
The problem I have faced in my initial journey, I just don't want to see facing my followers that's why I am delegating some HP to them. I have enough HP to post, comments, upvote right now. But initial stage I had nothing. So, it's not a burden for me too to help them out in doing their journey nicely by delegating and giving some knowledge.
Making video contents on basic topics of hive

Blogging in native language
Recently I have started to blog about the basic and the important issues of blockchain, have and decentralization on my Bengali blog in the community #bdcommunity. As there are not so many contents in Bengali on these things. So the people who are trying to learn something new or learn something in details are facing problem. Finally, I want to conclude by saying that the Hive will obviously go to the moon but the people who are doing good here should influence our surrounding people. We should try to attract investors and bloggers here. Basically, we should do something for Our Hive. Its decentralized, so its our hive.
In that way we can make a better platform and create good followers and community here. Those who are in good position in this platform, I am requesting the more popular hivians to spread hive around your friends, family, neighbors and relatives as well.
