Here it is Sunday morning again, I always enjoy these weekend mornings here in southern California. First off, when I come out and sit in my backyard you don't hear traffic, unlike the weekdays. Secondly, the temperature is great, a little cool but not cold. This summer has been great so far with highs usually below 80 F (26 C), it makes me remember why I moved here in the first place!
As always, Sunday is my weekly giveaway post. I started this project up over a year ago, as a matter of fact this is week 72. I thought it might last a month or two, but everyone enjoys it so I have soldiered on forward week by week. The main objective of the initiative is to help people grow their accounts here on Hive, as a way to give back to the community that has been so kind to me over the last two and a half years.
Participation keeps growing slowly, as a matter of fact we tied the record at 53 this week. So to celebrate I'll add in a new prize of 50 PIMP tokens going to a lucky winner. PIMP is one of my favorite projects here on Hive and it's run by a real cool cat @enginewitty !

Believe it or not the overall most picked car was the Mini Cooper. It beat out Ferrari, Lotus, Aston Martin, Porche and the rest! These compact vehicles are efficient and fuel costs are very low, and there are electric options as well. I'm a tall guy and have ridden in one before, it was surprisingly roomy. There are some of us out there who prefer no car whatsoever. If you live somewhere small you can walk or take public transportation (even a Lyft or Uber) it can make life simpler. No car payment, no repairs, no fuel costs, no new tires, and so on... It can become expensive, not to mention auto insurance! If I didn't have to own a car where I live to get around I could go for no car myself...

This British sports car was built up until 2021 and is a really pretty vehicle. Being tall I am too tall to fit in one, but they sure look good. Lotus produces some really nice vehicles and they tend to be very expensive new, but if you don't mind driving an older model you can pick one up for less than $50,000! This luxury SUV company produces various models these days, some don't even look like SUV's anymore. They are very comfortable and come with an array of high tech features and a very smooth ride. I always thought it would be fun to own one of these, but just couldn't bring myself to pay the price tag! lol

To be completely honest I know very little about VW as a brand overall, except the fact that I'm too tall for them. I once had a girlfriend who was very into the old classic bugs and I refused to ride in them, it was like a sardine in a can for me! Talk about an expensive classic car! And very hard to find... This true classic is hard to find because not that many were ever produced. The one you see above has an asking price of $140,000. The Giveaway
I will be giving out one prize of five (5) HSBI. Second and Third prizes will be 1.5 DUO tokens, the token I recently launched with @bulliontools and @bitcoinman . It offers those who stake sufficient tokens daily curation on quality posts, dividends, and a tipping bot. It also helps to onboard and retain new Hive members. At the end of the post there is a link to the white paper and where to purchase the tokens. Fourth prize is 100 BBH tokens. Fifth prize will be 250 CCD tokens. Sixth prize is 10 ARCHON tokens. To participate you need a reputation level of at least 25 and bots cannot win. And please one entry per person to make it fair to everyone.
