The Wheels Wander on a familiar route.

Here is unforgotten therapy.

My cycling habit has been inconsistant since March. I regret it a little bit, because starting it regularly again like before, has become harder. But I remember that for some reason, I often cycled around a certain street. So it’s like the wheels wander, on a familiar route.

The reason for that, is because I don’t know another route that I want to take. Especially on a weekday where many people obviously fill the street to go to work, so the traffic is always busy. That’s why often time, I just take the familiar route, which is the road that is usually used for jogging by some people.

It’s not the most peaceful area but there are some trees and plants around. And it’s usually not too crowded in the morning, as there are quite a few people jogging around or just spend time sitting on the side of the road.

This area isn’t really close to my house, but I can’t think of any other “go-to” area for cycling. Because sometimes, its also a little intimidating to cycling on the side of the road that doesn’t have dedicated bike lane, right? Is it just me or does anyone relate to this?

Cycling used to be my daily therapy session, but these days I don’t even know why it’s been so hard to keep up the habit. Maybe one of the reason is because I didn’t wake up early enough so I’m afraid that the street already packed with motorbikes if I still decide to go. I have to put a little bit more effort after all, and remember how therapeutic it is to cycling around on a daily basis. I’ll see how it goes.
