Indulging in the rich symphony of flavors with Nasi Lemak, adorned with succulent Sambal Prawns and golden-fried Hard-Boiled Eggs.
Nasi Lemak is normally served with regular hard-boiled eggs but I did a little twist on it by deep frying it and cooking it with the sambal prawns.

The fragrant coconut-infused rice provides the perfect canvas for the bold kick of sambal-coated prawns, while the crispy exterior of the eggs adds a delightful crunch to every bite.
All paired with the usual suspects of crunchy fried groundnuts, ikan bilis (fried dried anchovies), and freshly sliced cucumbers, this was such an amazing staff meal that we had for lunch.
A symphony of Malaysian delights on a plate! Super delicious and will definitely make one od this meals again!
