After a long time I had to go to bed rest because my health condition recently was not very good, a week at home alone, I even had trouble getting up from the mattress all day. Finally, I can refresh a bit and really want to enjoy good food at the restaurant.
A week ago, I found a beautiful luxury place with amazing interior architecture, now this time I also went to a restaurant that was no less interesting than last week. No need to walk far, only 15 minutes from my house, but strangely I just realized that this is an interesting restaurant and has a charming interior design and is also different from other restaurants.
I've seen this big building for a long time, I often ask myself, what is this place? The name is Higher Steps, often the parking lot is very full with cars lined up in front of the building, but I only saw that the building only sells batik clothes on the ground floor. Accidentally, I looked for a voucher on the dealmedan application and found the name 'Higher Steps' selling a discount voucher on the application, suddenly I bought it out of curiosity.
Sure enough, after buying the voucher I immediately went to the restaurant, it turned out that this building that I had been passing by was a famous restaurant in this city. This restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the building, the first floor is a shop that sells various souvenirs and batik typical of North Sumatra.
Arriving at this building, I read a sign that said 'Higher Steps on the 2nd floor', I went straight to the stairs which is the only way to get to the restaurant, because the elevator was damaged, it's okay if you have to walk up the stairs, besides being healthy we are also healthy while little exercise.
I arrived in front of the receptionist of this restaurant, while showing the voucher I had from the application, the waiters invited me into the restaurant and chose the table I wanted. I'm lucky that there are very few visitors at this time, so I can take lots of photos that show how stunning this place is.
I really like the various kinds of architecture and design of this place, it has a very large and tall room, I think the height of the second floor of this building gives the maximum effect to provide a sense of relief for visitors. This tall building is unusual in my city, usually the height of the building is not as wide and big as this.
In addition to a tall and spacious building, this restaurant has 2 places, they have indoor and outdoor, for those who smoke can sit in the outdoor restaurant, the place is also very spacious and full of light breezes, even though the weather is warm but the wind can provide maximum coolness . Besides that, the place is also very clean and beautiful, there are high walls filled with vertical plants, making the atmosphere more natural.
The indoor part is no less interesting than the oudoor, this is the best place of this restaurant. If you look closely, this restaurant is full of unique chairs and tables. Especially the blue sofa which is beautifully shaped with a round concept with a table in the middle. Not only that, all the sofas are interconnected by beautifully shaped wood to fill the room with a luxurious design. Some artificial trees are used to further beautify the atmosphere to make it more 'green', even though artificial trees do not look like that, maybe because they use artificial trees that are very good so they look like real ones.
Some electrical plugs are installed at the bottom of the sofa, it turns out that the concept of this restaurant seems to be for workers, so they can sit comfortably and enjoy work, food and drinks at this restaurant without worrying about your laptop or cellphone running out of battery. Btw, this restaurant's wifi is pretty fast!
I've always liked restaurants that put customer convenience..
Oh yes, at the front, right in front of the reception desk, there is an attractive waiting room, using a round swing made of sturdy rattan, it seems that if you bring children it will be more fun to enjoy the rattan swing. Comfort is the priority of this restaurant it seems.
I have a good impression on this restaurant, even though it is just a restaurant, it is very comfortable and eye-catching. The food is also very good, the waiter is very friendly, even I was given bread for free. Not only that, the lighting of this restaurant is very good, obtained from the glass on the side of the building that can receive incoming light well, so that the entire interior design of this restaurant radiates very beautifully.
Looks like I'll be back here again to try the variety of coffees and breads they sell! I can't wait to come again when I have free time!
