Un edificio polémico en mi ciudad

Dear friends, I hope you are all very well, I had a few days trying to get good content to contribute with you until I succeeded.
I am going, to be honest first I wanted to show you content with the church that I showed you in previous publications, but due to pandemic the church is not open to the public and lasted about two weeks passing at different times to see if I had luck but I did not succeed.
Then I changed my perspective and I focused on a residential complex in the city where I live that has been very named in that city, first it is a large residential complex and high class where several housing groups converge, a set of several townhouses that was the first stage of urbanization.

Queridos amigos espero todos estén muy bien, tenía unos días intentando conseguir buen contenido para aportar con ustedes hasta que lo logre.
Les voy a ser sinceros primero quería mostrarle un contenido con la iglesia que les mostré en publicaciones anteriores, pero por cuestión de pandemia la iglesia no está abierta al público y dure como dos semanas pasando en diferentes horas para ver si tenía suerte pero no lo logre.
Entonces cambie mi perspectiva y me enfoque en un conjunto residencial de la ciudad donde vivo que ha sido muy nombrado en dicha ciudad, primero es un conjunto residencial amplio y de clase alta donde convergen varios grupos habitacionales, un conjunto es de varios town house que fue la primera etapa de la urbanización.
Then the general urban development of large houses with land spaces for garage and garden was developed, the third stage developed a set of multi-family housing quite spacious, this urbanization apart from the three stages offered in model offered the most modern shopping center for the city at the time of its creation and there were some spaces available that were sold to private investors.
In one of these lots was created urbanization of several ostentatious houses but they are not available to the public and belong to only one family, another lot was sold to the owners of a school, this last one was a good agreement for both since the urbanization had a good institute and the school was positioned in a good and safe area to improve their profits.
And the last lot of land available was sold for the construction of some buildings, which is what I really come to talk about, these buildings are divided into 5, a smaller building a little more accessible to middle-class buyers, the second building in the image is gray has a very modern design and its internal design has apartments of 1 level and 2 levels interspersed between the two.
Después se desarrollo el urbanismo general de casas grandes con espacios de terreno para garaje y jardín, la tercera etapa desarrollaron un conjunto de viviendas multi familiares bastante amplias, esta urbanización aparte de las tres etapas ofrecidas en maqueta ofrecía el centro comercial más moderno para la ciudad al momento de su creación y quedaron algunos espacios disponibles que fueron vendidos a inversionistas privados.
En uno de estos terrenos se creó una urbanización de varias casas ostentosas pero no están disponible al público le pertenecen a una sola familia, otro de los terrenos fue vendido a los dueños de un colegio, esto último fue un buen acuerdo para ambos ya que la urbanización contaba con un buen instituto y la escuela se posicionaba en una buena y segura zona para mejorar sus ganancias.
Y el ultimo lote de terrenos disponible fue vendido para la construcción de unos edificios, que es de lo que verdad vengo a hablarles, estos edificios están divididos en 5, un más pequeño una construcción un poco más accesible para los compradores de clase media, el segundo edificio que en la imagen es de color gris tiene un diseño bien moderno y en su diseño interno tiene apartamentos de 1 nivel y de 2 niveles intercalados entre ambos.
The last three buildings are part of a high-class private complex, these buildings have been in the mouth of the city for many years for several factors, one of them is that they are in one of the main entrances of the city and are very striking, the second factor is for being in a high area and the restricted access, in fact, I could not enter the lobby to take pictures because if you do not enter with someone who lives there you can not have access.
The third factor that has generated the most controversy is the sensation caused by the design that seems to be lying one on top of the other, if you look closely its trapezoidal shape is to blame for the feeling that they are sticking to each other or that they are leaning.
Los tres últimos edificios forman parte de un complejo privado de clase alta, estos edificios ha estado en la boca de la ciudad por muchos años por varios factores, uno de ellos es que están en una de las entradas principales de la ciudad y son muy llamativos, el segundo factor es por ser de zona alta y lo restringido del acceso, de hecho no pude entrar al lobby a tomar fotos porque si no entras con alguien que viva ahí no puedes tener acceso.
El tercer factor que es el que más polémica ha generado es la sensación que causa el diseño de que parece que se acuesta uno sobre el otro, si se observa bien su forma trapezoidal es la culpable de esa sensación de que se están pegando uno con el otro o de que están inclinados.
These buildings are very beautiful and striking in its interior has a covered parking area and one outdoors, in the lobby has a pool with a very nice fountain and appropriate with the decor of the building, the lobby ceilings are with reliefs of plaster and LED lights and some hidden colored lights, elevators have stainless steel finishes and in the back has a small park with an area for barbecues.
I know all this because I once had the opportunity to enter and I remember quite a lot of the interior of that building, what I do make clear is that everything that is said about the building is pure urban myths and it was a great challenge for the architecture and the architect because in creating these buildings he played the part of his reputation with the urban myths of course.
Estos edificios son muy bellos y llamativos en su parte interior tiene una área de estacionamiento techada y una al aire libre, en el lobby tiene una piscina con una fuente muy bonita y adecuada con la decoración del edificio, los techos del lobby son con relieves de yeso y luces led y algunas luces de colores escondidas, los ascensores poseen acabados en acero inoxidable y en la parte trasera tiene un parque pequeño con un área para hacer asados.
Todo eso lo se porque una vez tuve la oportunidad de entrar y recuerdo bastante todo el interior de ese edificio, lo que si les dejo claro es que todo lo que se habla del edificio es puro mitos urbanos y fue un gran desafío de la arquitectura y del arquitecto ya que al crear estos edificios se jugó parte de su reputación con los mitos urbanos claro está.
It is a shame to only show you images from the outside and not be able to capture the interior design that I described above, I hope my content continues to bring something of value to the community and I will continue on my way in search of designs and architecture of my city.
Es una lástima poder solo mostrarle imágenes desde afuera y no poder capturar el diseño interior que les describí mas arriba, espero que mi contenido siga aportando algo de valor a la comunidad y seguiré en mi camino en busca de diseños y la arquitectura de mi ciudad.
