I hope you will happily enjoy this grapefruit recipe with this wonderful recipe. It is my pleasure to share with you this wonderful traditional dish of rural Bengal. Aiming to present this long ago memory to you and follow that memory. Today this vegan community is sharing this amazing recipe. Grapefruit usually serves the purpose of meeting the daily fiber portion. Fiber generally eases digestion and constipation. In addition, this fiber helps in the growth of healthy bacteria in the intestines. The protein and fiber in grapefruit stay in the stomach for a long time. As a result, there is no extra hunger and calorie intake is reduced. Grapefruit is generally helpful in reducing body weight in the human body. Grapefruit is full of antioxidants and fights against various diseases like cancer. Contains high amounts of vitamin C and is a powerful antioxidant. Also eating grapefruit reduces blood cholesterol and triglycerides. And it is possible to stay away from heart disease. It also keeps the blood clean and prevents frequent fever and colds. It plays a role in healing the mouth sores of the human body. The potassium in grapefruit dilates blood vessels and helps reduce bleeding. Simple way to stay well regularly. Grapefruit adds flavor to the mouth. You can feel free to eat this natural fruit more or less twice a week.
Necessary Equipment:-
- A pinch of salt
- Onion 180 grams
- 60 grams of garlic
- Like the amount of salt
- Grapefruit 280 grams
- 20 grams of mustard oil
- 30 grams of green chillies
- 40 grams of soybean oil
Step by step making plan
Here we have peeled and finely chopped the necessary ingredients including onions, green chillies and garlic.
First we wash the sawdust well and put it in the oven. Next we added 40 grams of soybean oil. After heating the oil well, saute the ingredients of onion, green chillies. After that we fried it well. After frying the ingredients to a light reddish brown, put them separately on a plate. Here we have completed the construction of the terrace.

Here I cut the grapefruit well on both sides with a knife. After that, I cut the peels and removed the barks well with my hands. Here I am establishing showing grapefruit without peel with selfie. I then cut the grapefruit into two halves with a knife.
Here we are removing the seeds along with the skin of the grapefruit and placing the grapefruits separately on a plate.
Here I have given the amount of salt. Then I added a generous pinch of salt. I have given the amount of mustard oil here. The barista then topped the grapefruit.
