Because after all,garlic is very beneficial for the brain.I like to eat garlic.Onion usually thickens the ingredients.Also, onions contain vitamins A and C which are beneficial for humans But the vitamin C power combination of green chilies for breakfast Here I have prepared the onion chilli and garlic ingredients well with salt which all together makes the taste matchless It is very good to eat our banana in the morning.This healthy banana plays an important role in the human body.The addition of salt is simply incomparable.
Equipment:-
- water 160 grams
- coriander leaves
- Banana 1 peach
- A clove of garlic
- Sugar 40 grams
- Onion small 2 peaches
- Chilli 2 peach
- Flour 200 grams
- Salt in moderation
- Soybean oil 100 grams
Step by step making plan
First I got all the necessary tools at hand. After that I peeled onions, green chillies and bananas. Along with that, I have washed the necessary materials well with clean water.I have cut the plantains and plantains and required ingredients into nice size with a knife.Then here I have added salt as per quantity. Also showed a selfie.
Then I mixed the ingredients of green chillies onion and garlic with salt well by hand.
Then I combined all the ingredients together by attaching bananas.
Here I have added 40 grams of sugar.
Then put all the ingredients in the flour in the bowl.
Here I have added 160 grams of water.Then I mix all the ingredients well.
Here I have cleaned the pan and placed it in the oven.I gave 100 grams of soybean oil.Then put the ingredients in hot oil in a pan.Here I have shown a selfie of myself.
