Hope you all are doing well in your various destinations.once again,I welcome you all to my blog this Afternoon.
We are in Holidays and I took my kids to their Father,s Village,and my father Inlaw requested I make this African Native Rice and beans with Oil Bean cooked in a native kitchen with firewood,and it turns out Delicious and very Tasty.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Seven cups of Rice
Four Cups of Beans
Half litre of Red oil
Few pieces of Fresh pepper
One bulb of onions
One tablespoon of Nutmeg spice
One tablespoon of Tumeric spice
One tablespoon of salt
Half plate of oil Bean
Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this delicious Native African rice and beans cooked with oil Bean.
I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
First I washed my ingridients,remove my scent leaves from its stems and slice it and set aside.
Then I picked my beans,separate my beans from chaffs and stones,then washed and seived it and set aside.
I now washed my rice and put a little water in the pot and starts perboiling my beans.
After perboiling it ,I seived it out and starts perboiling my rice and after some minutes,I seived it out and set aside.
I now put a little water on my pot and allow it to boil very well.then I poured my perboiled rice and beans in it and stir it very well and allow it to boil together very well ,and now pour my fresh tomatoes 🍅.
Then pour my salt,tumeric spice ,Onions,Nutmeg and stir again.
Then I put my Scent leaves,fresh pepper and red oil and stir again
Then I now put my oil beans and boom my African Native rice and beans cooked with oil bean was ready.
Then I served it to my father inlaw which he enjoyed very well.
