ingredients
2 tubes of potatoes
3 tomatoes
A little grinder pepper
1 cooking spoon of Vegetable oil
Half onions
1 sachet of mayonnaise
4 pieces of carrot
Salt to taste

preparation
I peeled my potatoes,i cut it into smaller piece,i put it inside a bowl and i put water
I poured a bowl of water inside my pot,i poured my potatoes inside the water,I put my salt and i covered it to steam for 60mins
I use my knife to scrap out the dirty on my carrot,and i rinsed it
I sliced some,and i use my grater to grind some of my carrot
After 60mins,i checked my potatoes on fire and i poured out the water
I proceed to slice my tomatoes and onions
After that,i put them inside a small bowl, i put little of my red pepper inside my tomatoes and onions
Then,i put all of them together
I stir fried my pepper and onions for 10mins
I put it inside my potatoes, i put all my ingredients and i stired all together
My potatoes salad is ready
