Hello everyone,today i will be showing you how i prepared beans and stew for the hive top chef weekly contest by @qurator. Beans is a nutritious and healthy meal,it can be prepared in different way. It is rich in protein,fiber, vitamins and minerals.
ingredients
4 cups of beans
4 tomatoes
1 onions
2 cooking spoon of Vegetable oil
1 grinded pepper
Salt to taste

preparation
I poured my beans inside a tray,and i picked out the dirty inside my beans
Then i poured it inside a big bowl,i put my water,i rinsed it properly and i poured out the water
After that,i put my pot on fire,i poured a bowl of water inside it and i poured my beans inside the hot water
I cut my onions into two,i sliced half on it,i poured it inside the beans and i covered it to boil for 1hr
While my beans is boil,i proceed to grater my tomatoes and onions.
I rinsed my tomatoes,and i remain half of onions,i rinsed my grater and i grate my pepper and onions
After i was done grating,i poured it inside a small bowl
I checked my beans,i put little vegetable oil,i put my salt,i use my turning stick to mix and match it and i covered it to steam for 30minutes
My beans is ready
i put my small pot on fire, i put my vegetable oil i allow it to get hot and i poured my tomatoes and onions,then i put my grinded pepper,i put little salt and i mixed it together. I covered it to fry for 30minutes.
