Materials Used.
1 Teaspoon of curry powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
2 Thesppon Teaspoon spoon of rice flou.
1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper powder.
Chop some garlic.
Coconut oil for frying.
1 cup of Soy Meat.
Hot water 400ml.
Salt powder as required.
Curry leaves.
4 Chopped green chilli pods.
The cooking process as follows.
First, place the soy meat pieces in a bowl and add some hot water to it. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, squeeze out the excess water from the soaked soy meat pieces and set them aside.
Next, add curry powder, chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt, rice flour, and some chopped garlic to the squeezed soy meat pieces. Mix everything well to coat evenly.
Now, add the rice flour to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Next, take a pan and add some coconut oil. Place it on the stove and once the oil is hot, add the prepared soya meat mixture and fry until golden brown. At the same time, add some green chilies and curry leaves and fry them as well. These will be used to garnish the final dish.
