I usually cook this cake in the afternoon, I deliberately cooked it in the afternoon like this to accompany us while we were relaxing in the afternoon with my mother, coincidentally today my mother-in-law came to visit so I immediately served her this cake,and he was very happy with this cake, he said he had never made it at home,The ingredients I use are very easy to get and cheap and also don't use many ingredients, there are only 3 ingredients. 1 grated old coconut
Food coloring
Vanilla

RESULTS
taraa.. my homemade cake is ready to be enjoyed, it tastes delicious and the sweetness is just right, even though the shape is not very neat, guys.At first glance it looks like a steamed sponge cake, but this is not a sponge cake, the taste is not like a sponge cake, this cake is very suitable to accompany us while drinking coffee in the afternoon or morning, besides its delicious taste it also makes you full because the cake has a dense texture, I think eating just one is enough to make you full, that's why I don't make a lot, just eat it once for the people at home, while relaxing in the afternoon with my mother-in-law at home.
As I said earlier, I didn't make much of this cake, only using 14 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour and 1 coconut, but I think tomorrow I have to increase the amount of glutinous rice flour and coconut to make more cake, I thought it was enough for one meal, but it turned out the cake was not enough hehhe.. As a result, I made this cake again, because my mother-in-law wanted to take it home to share with my sister-in-law at home.
