Hello food lovers around the world, today I'm going to share my simple recipe for frying potatoes into crispy, delicious fries, and they're sure to be a hit with our kids at home. Usually, when kids go out to eat, they always order fries. Like my son, he's always on the fries list.
And today, he also asked for fries, but since I wasn't at the market and I had some potatoes at home, I decided to make them myself at home with the ingredients I had on hand. But I guarantee they're delicious, because I make these fries quite often at home, using my mother's recipe, hehe, because my mother has so many recipes to share with us all.
Of course, if we fry our own potatoes, we will get more and we will feel fuller, compared to the ones we buy at the market, which are very few at a fairly expensive price. In my area, the price of potatoes is also going up now, so yesterday I bought quite a lot before the price went up, so now I just take the potatoes to cook with vegetables or to make snacks, because I never forget to buy potatoes.

150 grams all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt

First I peeled all the potato skins, then I cut them lengthwise like matchsticks, then I cleaned them

next I prepared the flour, I added salt and mushroom stock, even though all-purpose flour already contains salt, I felt it wasn't enough so I added more, then I dipped the potatoes in flour and fried them in hot oil.

Once cooked, I remove and drain, and the French fries are ready to be served.

RESULTS
and this is our family's favorite French fries recipe at home, very simple but crispy and delicious when bitten, the taste of the spices is also felt, because the all-purpose flour already contains natural spices such as shallots, garlic, turmeric, coriander, pepper and salt, but earlier I added a little more salt to make it taste even better
