Usually to stir-fry this cabbage I use green chilies, but this time I will try to stir-fry it with red chilies, to make it spicier and I also added green cayenne pepper, it seems like this vegetable is very suitable for those of you who love spicy food, if you don't want it spicy, it's easy, just don't add cayenne pepper, just add green chilies, my friend

8 red chilies

7 shallots
1 clove garlic
1 tomato

First, I cut the cabbage and red chilies diagonally. I also cut the shallots as usual and I also cut the tomatoes into small cubes, until everything was finished.

Next, I heat a little cooking oil in a frying pan, and I sauté the tomatoes, chilies, and onions that I had cut earlier, which I had washed beforehand. I sautéed them until the chilies wilted, I just added a little water, I also immediately added the cabbage, added salt and a little mushroom stock,
