Today, I’m going to prepare a flavorful and nutritious chickpea curry infused with traditional Sri Lankan spices and cooked to a creamy perfection. 🍃 2 Cup of Well boiled chickpeas.
🍃 1 1/2 Cup of coconut milk.
🍃 Curry leaves.
🍃 A little chopped onion.
🍃 Some finely chopped garlic.
🍃 Two or three pieces of cinnamon.
🍃 Three dry chili pods, broken into pieces.
🍃 1/2 Teaspoon of Chili powder.
🍃 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek seed.
🍃 1/2 Teaspoon of Mustard powder.
🍃 Salt as needed.
🍃 1/2 Teaspoon of curry powder.
🍃 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍃 2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
The cooking process as follows.
First, finely slice the onions and garlic.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add fenugreek seeds, garlic, onions, curry leaves, cinnamon, and a few pieces of dried chili. Sauté until aromatic.
Next, add chili powder, turmeric powder, mustard powder, salt, and curry powder to the pan and mix well.
