Banana is a fruit that I think can be processed in all conditions, whether raw, half-ripe, ripe or even overripe. Therefore, I consider this banana to be the most understanding fruit with various conditions. In addition, this banana has a sweet taste so that it can minimize the use of granulated sugar or other additional sweeteners. In addition, if processed to make a type of desert, the aroma of bananas is very familiar and appetizing with the distinctive aroma emitted by the fruit. Tonight I will make the bananas I have into a delicious pudding and the name of the banana that I will process is Kapok banana which has a dense texture, thick flesh and tastes sweet but slightly sour. However, if you don't have this banana, you can replace it with another type of banana.
The ingredients I need to make this pudding are:
1. 3 perfectly ripe bananas
2. 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
3. 1 packet of instant coconut milk
4. 500 ML of water
5. 1 packet of instant jelly without flavor and color
How to make this pudding:
1. Peel 2 bananas then mash them with a spoon because I don't want it to be too smooth and when eaten later the texture of the banana can still be felt then I separate 1 more banana for the final topping later
2. After smooth, add granulated sugar
3. Then instant coconut milk
4. And then the Jelly flour
5. Then add water and stir until smooth
6. Cook over medium heat until boiling
7. After boiling, turn off the stove and let it sit for about 2 minutes and while waiting for that time I peeled the remaining 1 banana then I cut the banana and put it in the mold then I poured the pudding that had been cooked earlier

8. Then let it sit for 2-3 hours at room temperature then remove it from the mold.
9. You can enjoy this pudding immediately or you can store it in the refrigerator first so that it tastes much fresher.
the final result of this pudding I succeeded, this pudding I actually made for my wife but with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and sweet bananas she felt my pudding was too sweet so she only ate 1 piece because my wife's tolerance for sugar is very low unlike me who has a high tolerance for sweet tastes. in your opinion with the ratio of water that I made does my pudding have a sweet taste? you can imagine it and write in the comments column.
and I will be happy to write my next recipe.
