Hola comunidad del buen sabor y amantes de la cocina creativa, encantado en saludarles nuevamente, el día de hoy les comparto mi aventura la cual consiste en la preparación de un delicioso batido de maíz con mango. Es muy sabroso y nutritivo ya que el maíz es rico vitaminas y minerales.

Para preparar éste delicioso batido utilicé los siguientes materiales:
- 4 Mazorcas
- 5 Mangos
- 10 Cucharadas de azúcar
To prepare this delicious smoothie I used the following materials:
- 4 corncobs
- 5 Mangoes
- 10 spoonfuls of sugar
Inicié desgranando el maíz , después lavé con abundante agua y en una olla con agua llevé a fuego alto hasta ablandar.

Seguidamente pelé los mangos, lavé con abundante agua y llevé a fuego alto hasta ablandar

Transcurrido el tiempo de cocción del mango y del maíz retiré del fuego, dejé enfriar y después licué el mango y el maíz hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

Luego añadí diez cucharadas de azúcar y licué nuevamente
