Hoy preparé una ensalada con un ingrediente que no había probado nunca, tiene un sabor un poco agrio pero tiene muchas propiedades como es el "Ruibarbo"; el ruibarbo es un vegetal originario de Asia y se consume solamente el tallo, hay que cortar la raíz y las hojas y desechar por ser tóxico. El ruibarbo se consume tanto en ensaladas como la que hice hoy, en repostería, en salsas, etc. Es bastante consumido en Europa en diferentes recetas culinarias; aparte de los demás ingredientes que utilicé para esta receta la cual quedó deliciosa y se puede consumir a cualquier hora del día, la recomiendo hacer y degustar, algo sencillo, si desean le pueden agregar mas vegetales. Ingredientes / Ingredients: 🔪

- 1 tallo de ruibarbo, 1/2 repollo morado, 1 cebolla morada, 1 rábano, 1 ramito de cebollín, aceite, sal al gusto, 1 limón.

- 1 stalk of rhubarb, 1/2 red cabbage, 1 red onion, 1 radish, 1 sprig of chives, oil, salt to taste, 1 lemon.

Preparación / Preparation: 🍲

- Lavamos y cortamos a la mitad el limón, cortamos la cebolla en juliana, el cebollín en trocitos, el ruibarbo en trocitos e igualmente el rábano y repollo morado.

- Wash and cut the lemon in half, cut the onion into julienne strips, the chives into small pieces, the rhubarb into small pieces and also the radish and purple cabbage.
