For the last Halloween, the artists of the crews TRU and LTG made some special works on this very animated wall corner in Montreal. But I didn't have any chance with the sun, it was shining and as we're in winter low in the sky. I couldn't take good pictures of the two complete walls.

Pour le dernier Halloween, les artistes des collectifs TRU et LTG ont réalisé quelques œuvres spéciales pour cette fête sur ce coin de mur très animé à Montréal. Par contre je n'ai pas eu de chances avec le soleil, celui-ci brillait fort et bas ce qui m'a empêcher de faire des photos des deux murs complets.

WHO

We begin by the alley going down towards the street De Rouen. The sun was well present, but it was low because of the winter then a lot of shades. Too many contrasts between the different parts to take good photos.

On commence par la ruelle descendant vers la rue De Rouen. Le soleil était bien présent, mais il était bas à cause de l'hiver alors beaucoup d'ombres. Trop de contrastes entre les différentes parties pour prendre de bonnes photos.

Hest

On this first wall, we find a superb superb lettering of Hest aka The Wild Child as usual with this artist. I don't know if it's the final version but still great letters.

Sur ce premier mur, on retrouve un superbe lettrage de Hest aka The Wild Child (L'enfant sauvage) comme à son habitude. Je ne sais pas si c'est la version finale mais toujours des lettres de grande qualité.

Adi

Then we go on with Adi but there the sun didn't help me at all to take photos because there was a too big contrast between the directly lit parts and the shadows. It's a pity because his very colored work deserved a "whole" photo .

Puis on enchaine avec Adi mais là le soleil ne m'a pas aidé pour prendre des photos car il y avait un trop grand contraste entre les parties éclairées directement et les ombres. Dommage car son travail très coloré méritait une photo ensemble.

Peack

Always on the same wall and therefore with the same problem of light a head of Qepy aka Peack. Very cool head with this politician smile 😀.

Toujours sur le même mur et donc avec le même problème de lumière une tête de Qepy aka Peack. Très cool tête avec ce sourire de politicien 😀.

We go in the alley parallel to the street De Rouen with this wall very Halloween oriented. / FR : On passe dans la ruelle parallèle à la rue De Rouen avec ce mur vraiment très Halloween.

Hawk (?)

We start with a simple lettering of Hawk but with a cool effect for the filling . The letters are followed by a rather nasty character. Is he famous? From a cartoon? That sounds familiar...

On commence avec un lettrage de Hawk simple mais avec un cool effet pour le remplissage. Il est suivi par un personnage assez méchant. Est-il connu ? D'un dessin animé ? Cela me dit quelque chose...

Wuna

Then we find Wuna which is almost normal because when there is a work of Hest, often not far we find Wuna. Cool lettering followed by a group of small ghosts. Perfect for Halloween.

Après on retrouve Wuna ce qui est presque normal car quand il y a une œuvre de Hest, souvent pas loin on retrouve Wuna. Cool lettrage suivi par un groupe de petits fantômes. Parfait pour Halloween.

Very cool background...

I like this dinosaur head that nobody dares to erase. And so much the better, we'll see how long it resists. / FR : J'aime bien cette tête de dinosaure que personne n'ose effacer. Et tant mieux, on va voir combien de temps elle résiste.
