that gave me a rude awakening as it completely defies what I used to think. From carving out "me" time to indulge in activities that rejuvenate out body and soul, incorporating regular exercise to practice mindfulness and cultivating hobbies, these practical self-care strategies can definitely help us recharge and maintain our overall well-being.

Ah, time, the elusive friend we're always trying to catch up with. How do you prioritize tasks? Do you have any hacks for avoiding distractions and staying focused? How I wish we have 48 hours or more in a single day!

As Covid restrictions have begun to relax, I've recently experienced a shift in my work setup. After enjoying the flexibility of working from home for the past two years, I no longer have that option. 😨 This serves as a reminder that circumstances are ever-changing, and we must be prepared to adapt to life's unexpected twists.
