Disfrutando de la Experiencia del Pilates + Perreo

Today I want to share with you an incredible experience I had in my beautiful Maracaibo: an event called "Pilates + Perreo," where the discipline of Pilates was fused with the contagious rhythm of reggaeton, organized by evenfit. From the moment I arrived, the energy was incredible. The lights, the music, and the festive atmosphere created the perfect atmosphere for a unique morning.
The class began with a brief introduction by instructor Jackie Pilates, who explained how the session would be conducted. The idea was to integrate Pilates movements with dance steps to the rhythm of Karol G's best songs, especially from her latest album, "Tropicoqueta," which was the theme of this edition. Although I had never practiced Pilates before, I was excited by this fusion of exercise and music.
As we progressed, the music enveloped us, and although I struggled to keep up at first, I soon found myself swept away by the group's energy. The combination of Pilates and perreo proved to be a wonderful way to exercise without feeling like a monotonous and boring routine. Laughter and fun were present at every turn, which made the experience even more special.
Upon arriving at the event, each participant was greeted with a beautiful little flower in their hair to accentuate that beachy vibe. We were also given a sticker that said "tropicoqueta vibes," a perfect memento of this unique experience. Upon entering the class, we were given a cup of coffee, and at the end of the class, we enjoyed a delicious snack that included nuts, coconut candy, and cookies. It was the perfect ending to a morning full of movement and joy.
I confess I went home a little exhausted, haha, but with a smile on my face and a heart full of happiness. I loved seeing how I was able to enjoy something different, leaving behind the worries of everyday life and breaking away from the routine.
I recommend going to the next edition, because I would definitely repeat this experience. Thanks for reading my love, until next time 😘

Holaaa mi gente bella, bienvenidos una vez más a mi blog. ¡Espero que se encuentren bien!
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia increíble que viví en mi bella Maracaibo, un evento llamado “Pilates + Perreo”, donde se fusionó la disciplina del pilates con el ritmo contagioso del reggaetón organizado por evenfit. Desde el momento en que llegué, la energía era increíble. Las luces, la música y el ambiente festivo creaban una atmósfera perfecta para disfrutar de una mañana diferente.
La clase comenzó con una breve introducción por parte de la instructora jackie pilates, quien nos explico cómo se llevaría a cabo la sesión. La idea era integrar los movimientos de pilates con pasos de baile al ritmo de los mejores temas de Karol G, especialmente de su último álbum, "Tropicoqueta" que era la temática de esta edición. Aunque nunca antes había practicado pilates, me sentía emocionada por esta fusión de ejercicio y música.
A medida que avanzábamos, la música nos envolvía y, aunque al principio me costó un poco seguir el ritmo, pronto me dejé llevar por la energía del grupo. La combinación de pilates y perreo resultó ser una forma maravillosa de hacer ejercicio sin sentir que era una rutina monótona y aburrida. La risa y la diversión estaban presentes en cada rincón, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial.
Al llegar al evento, cada participante fue recibida con una hermosa florecita para el cabello, para acentuar esa vibe playera. También nos dieron un sticker que decía “tropicoqueta vibes”, un recuerdo perfecto de esta experiencia única. Al pasar al salón nos dieron un cafecito y al finalizar la clase, disfrutamos de una deliciosa merienda que incluía frutos secos, dulce de coco y galletas. Fue el cierre perfecto para una mañana llena de movimiento y alegría.
Confieso que me fui a casa un poco agotada, jaja, pero con una sonrisa en el rostro y el corazón lleno de felicidad. Me encantó ver como pude disfrutar de algo diferente, dejando atrás las preocupaciones del día a día y saliendo de la rutina.
Recomiendo que vayan a la próxima edición, porque yo definitivamente volvería a repetir esta experiencia. Gracias por leerme mis amores hasta la próxima 😘.
