I like to start the day with a good breakfast, to recharge myself with the good energy that a nutritious breakfast can give me, to start the day I feel with the energy alive, especially in these days that have taken me out of the comfort zone and have actually brought out the best of me, making me see things from a different perspective, today I dare to say that I am living challenges, but they are definitely taking me exactly where I want to get to and more.
Breakfast being an important part of my days, because yes, I like to eat very well so that the rest of the day feels energetic, I feel that lately I have been focusing on eating very well, also because I need to eat what I need to be able to keep gaining weight, and make sure to ingest the proper amount of protein required in the day to be able to keep building my muscles, that process for me has been complex, but I keep standing up doing everything and taking the time, sometimes against time, to not fail and keep being constant in my process.
As a good hiver I want to share my progress today, an achievement that I was waiting for all week and that until today was that it happened, but if I have been working consistently to achieve it, I get to celebrate my small big victories to continue growing and filling me with more energy to continue into the future.

Me gusta empezar el dia con buen desayuno, para recargarme con la buena energía que un desayuno nutritivo me puede proporcionar, para empezar el dia me siento con la energía viva, sobre todo en estos días que me han sacado de la zona de confort y han sacado de hecho lo mejor de mi, haciéndome ver las cosas desde una perspectiva diferente, hoy me atrevo a decir que estoy viviendo challenges, pero que definitivamente me están llevando exactamente a donde quiero llegar y mas.
Siendo el desayuno una parte importante de mis días, porque si, me gusta comer muy bien para que el resto del dia se sienta enérgico, siento que últimamente me he estado enfocando en comer muy bien, tambien porque necesito comer lo necesario para poder seguir aumentando de peso, y asegurarme de ingerir la cantidad apropiada de proteína requerida en el dia para poder seguir construyendo mis musculos, ese proceso para mi ha sido complejo, pero sigo de pie haciendo todo y tomandome el tiempo, a veces en contra tiempo, para no fallar y seguir siendo constante en mi proceso.
Como buena hiver quiero compartir mi progreso de hoy, un logro que estaba esperando durante toda la semana y que hasta hoy fue que se dio, pero si que estado trabajando de manera consistente para lograrlo, llego a celebrar mis pequeñas grandes victorias para seguir creciendo y llenándome de mas energía para continuar hacia el futuro.
