Hi everyone, it’s me Rhea again. So today I wanted to share how I cook my favorite dish that my mother thought me.
One Thursday morning, I woke up at exactly 6:30 Am. I quickly swept our floor and cooked rice. My mother told me to cook boiled egg for us so that we can have breakfast. Since I am energetic enough to cook, It suddenly came to my mind that instead of just a simple boiled eggs, I will make Hard Boiled egg Adobo so I immediately went ahead to our kitchen to find knife and chopping board and then prepared the ingredients for the Hardboiled Egg Adobo.
So These are the ingredients that I prepared for the Hardboiled Egg Adobo:
6 eggs
onion and garlic
soy sauce
vinegar
msg
sugar(to taste)
First thing that I did was cooking the eggs into hard boiled. And after the eggs were cooked I immediately started to slice the onions and garlic into minced.
After that I put the pan into a low heat. And after a few seconds, I put a small amount of oil.
Now that the oil is already hot enough, I immediately put the minced garlic and onion into the pan.
I Mixed it well so that the garlic and onion won’t get burnt.
After mixing the minced garlic and onion, I gently add the 6 boiled egg to the pan and mixed it.
After that, I poured some soy sauce and vinegar.
After adding soy sauce and vinegar, I gently stirred it well and added some msg so that It will be much more tastier.
I also keep on taste testing it so that I will know what should I add to make it taste better. And lastly, I added a small amount of sugar so that it tastes better.
And by the way, my mother was cooking a kamote cue while I was cooking our breakfast.
And this is the final product. A yummy and delicious breakfast.
