Que tal, como se encuentra toda mi gente, estamos en un nuevo día compartiendo en el mejor espacio que puede existir "Hive" y dentro de esta una gran casa como lo es una de las comunidades mas activa @fulldeportes en donde podemos encontrar toda clase de personas con amplios conocimientos en el deporte y todo lo que lo componen.
En el día de hoy como siempre les traigo una nueva rutina, en esta oportunidad retándolos para obligarlos a superar sus limites y demostrar el gran potencial de muchos que en muchos casos mantienen ocultos por estar siempre en su zona de confort, ya les digo yo que es necesario de vez en cuando un desafío para darle sentido a la vida.

Con respecto a la rutina no será solo de unos cuantos ejercicios y listo, esta vez no será del todo así, en esta ocasión realizaremos lo que se conoce como un circuito de entrenamiento el cual trata sobre establecer diferentes estaciones en las cuales se llevaran a cabo ejercicios de manera consecutiva, un sistema muy usado para ser practicado en grandes grupos de personas. Una alternativa muy interesante que es perfecto para romper la monotonía de las rutinas de ejercicios, recuerden que siempre hay que mantenernos activos en este tema y no acostumbrar a nuestra mente a ver siempre lo mismo, ya que esto provoca incluso el estancamiento en nuestro proceso de mejora física. Así que sin mas que esperar, conozcamos el circuito!!!.

Para establecer las estaciones utilice discos de pesas, estos pueden ser remplazados por cualquier otro tipo de elemento que cumpla con la función de marcar un punto, listo esto solo queda conocer cuales serán aquellos ejercicios asignados a cada punto o estación.
Para este primer Set comenzaremos con el tren superior y que mejor que con algo tan convencional como unas flexiones, como primer ejercicio haremos flexiones durante 30 segundos, no necesariamente las repeticiones deben ir al ritmo de los segundos, mantendremos un buen ritmo enfocados mas en la resistencia, teniendo en cuanta que luego de este seguirán mas ejercicios que deberemos ejecutar sin descanso.

Culminados los 30 segundos del tiempo de las flexiones, tal y como mencioné pasaremos de inmediato a la siguiente estación, la cual estará compuesta por toques al hombro en posición de flexión, con esto seguiremos ejerciendo impacto en nuestro brazos después de pasar por un arduo trabajo de flexiones, además de trabajar la zona abdominal, al igual que el ejercicio anterior transcurrirán 30 segundos.

Por ultimo para un trabajo completo llevaremos nuestras capacidades de fuerza y resistencia al máximo, colocaremos los hombros en el piso y volveremos a posición de flexiones, ambos movimientos de manera consecutiva, después de pasar por los ejercicios anteriores nos costara muchísimo el mantener el ritmo, es aquí donde debemos tener fortaleza mental y dejar de lado el dolor y completar el desafío teniendo en cuanta que se trata del ultimo ejercicio de esta primer set. Por supuesto para cerrar serán también 30 segundos mas.

Seguimos con el trabajo, damos por iniciado el primer ejercicio del segundo set el cual será sentadillas, al igual que el primer set daremos apertura con un ejercicio sencillo y convencional, esto no quiere decir que sea mas fácil o que será menos exigente, recuerden que ira tomando mayor nivel de dificultad a medida que avanzamos de estación y también con los 30 segundos por ejercicio.

Para la segunda estación haremos zancada, así ejercitaremos otras áreas del tren inferior, al igual que los ejercicios anteriores no centraremos en mantener un buen ritmo durante los 30 segundos que debemos estar en la estación.

Por ultimo cerraremos con bastante intensidad, colocaremos las rodillas en el suelo para luego volver a posición de sentadilla o cuclillas, importante aquí el no levantarnos por completo, siempre con las rodillas flexionadas para mantener contraídos los músculos de los cuádriceps, 30 segundos serán suficientes para cerrar este ejercicio de la 3era estación de esta segundo set.

Ultimo set, ejercitaremos nuestros brazos, para esto daremos inicio con Curl de bíceps para la primera estación, con mancuernas o algún elemento que cumpla con la misma función realizaremos Curl de Bíceps con ambos brazos a la vez, una vez mas debo mencionar el tema del ritmo durante los 30 segundos.

Como segundo ejercicio elegido será la patada de Tríceps, ejercitaremos esa parte posterior de los brazos los cuales nos ayudan a complementar el volumen de los mismos que tanto queremos o dependiendo de como se ejerciten buscar la definición, 30 segundos serán os asignados para esta segunda estación.
