Una vez ya hayamos calentado procederemos a llevar a cabo los ejercicios de Kick Boxing, para eso iniciaremos con práctica del ritmo de los pies, pieza fundamental en este caso del Boxeo, en el deporte de los guantes se debe tener buen desplazamiento en el cuadrilátero, por lo cual un buen juego de pies es primordial. Este movimiento tiene su función al realizar el pequeño salto con la punta de los pies, aunque no lo parezca se hace un gran trabajo de piernas tan solo con este simple movimiento por un tiempo prolongado, en este caso realizaremos 1 minuto de este movimiento.

Ya con este movimiento de tronco aprendido, comenzaremos con el verdadero ejercicio, este consistirá en replicar el movimiento reciente con el añadido que para cerrar cada rotación lanzaremos un golpe, aquí pondremos en practica la coordinación de pies y manos.

Al igual que el ejercicio anterior haremos medio minuto o el minuto completo se así se desea.

Lo importante de ambos golpes es que deben ir acompañados de un movimiento de cintura y de piernas para que sean mas efectivos.
