Greetings dear community of full sports, I started my week well active strengthening my upper and lower train performing 5 combined exercises, focused for those muscles adding a little cardio to my routine, which I performed in 4 sets of 25 repetitions, I invite you to see the whole routine and I hope you like it.


Rutina./ Routine.
Primer movimiento, realice estocada cruzada más lateral, perfecto ejercicio para tonificar los glúteos y cuádriceps lo realice en 4 series de 25 repetición.
First movement, perform cross lunge plus lateral lunge, perfect exercise to tone glutes and quadriceps, perform it in 4 sets of 25 repetitions.

Segundo movimiento, realice sentadilla con elevación frontal de brazos más salto de poder, seguí fortaleciendo mis cuádriceps lo realice en 4 series de 25 repetición.
Second movement, I performed a squat with front raise arms plus power jump, I continued to strengthen my quads I performed it in 4 sets of 25 repetitions.

Tercer movimiento, realice flexión negativa más press de hombro con un solo brazos ejercicio que me ayuda a fortalecer mi tren superior, lo realice en 4 series de 25 repetición.
Third movement, perform negative push-up plus shoulder press with one arm exercise that helps me strengthen my upper body, I performed it in 4 sets of 25 repetitions.

Cuarto movimiento, realice sentadilla en aductor más salto de poder, combinación de ejercicio para trabajar los cuádriceps y la resistencia, lo realice en 4 series de 25 repetición.
Fourth movement, perform adductor squat plus power jump, exercise combination to work the quadriceps and resistance, perform it in 4 sets of 25 repetitions.

Quinto movimiento, estocada más press seguimos fortaleciendo los cuádriceps y los hombros, lo realice en 4 series de 25 repetición.
