¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive y Full Deportes! Espero que todos estén muy bien en el día de hoy. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi rutina de espalda + front lever. Fue una rutina en la cual es el comienzo de ir volviendo a los estáticos; llevo desde que comenzó el año dándole fuerte a los básicos. Me enfoqué solamente en el área de las repeticiones y en dominar cualquier ejercicio básico mucho mejor. Actualmente, puedo hacer rutinas de flexiones, dominadas, fondos, bardips, etc., sin ningún problema. Esto es algo muy positivo. A medida que uno como atleta de calistenia domine los ejercicios básicos, ya que es la clave para poder avanzar más rápido en los estáticos.
Greetings to the entire Hive and Full Deportes community! I hope everyone is doing great today. Today I want to share with you my back + front lever routine. It was a routine which is the beginning of getting back to the statics; I've been hitting the basics hard since the beginning of the year. I focused only on the area of reps and mastering any basic exercise much better. I can now do push-ups, pull-ups, pull-downs, dips, bardips, etc. without any problems. This is a very positive thing. As a calisthenics athlete, mastering the basic exercises is the key to being able to progress faster in the static exercises.

Esto es algo que hay que tomar en cuenta, chicos: sin básicos o, por lo menos, tener un dominio base de tu cuerpo, podrás tener la facilidad de avanzar en un buen tiempo; sin embargo, si eres de los atletas que no hacen muchas cosas en el parque, será algo complicado y muy lento tu proceso. Bien chicos, les explicaré mi rutina y cómo pueden hacerla. Como primer ejercicio va a ser el front lever en half pero con las piernas abiertas, con aguantes de 5 segundos por 3 series. Este ejercicio va a ayudar mucho para poder hacerlo con las piernas totalmente cerradas, que sería ya casi un front lever, chicos. Descansamos unos 2 o 3 minutos; esto dependerá de cómo se recupere tu cuerpo.
This is something to keep in mind, guys: without basics, or at least a basic command of your body, you can have the facility to make progress in a good amount of time; however, if you're an athlete who doesn't do a lot of things in the park, it's going to be a little tricky and very slow going. Well guys, I'll explain my routine and how you can do it. The first exercise is going to be the front lever in half but with your legs open, with 5 second holds for 3 sets. This exercise is going to help a lot to be able to do it with your legs totally closed, which would be almost a front lever, guys. Rest for 2 or 3 minutes; this will depend on how your body recovers.

El segundo ejercicio es uno combinado; serían tres isométricos en un solo instante. Les explico: vean con detalle las fotografías. Empezaremos con un tuck super advanced, luego un tuck advanced normal y por último un front tuck normal. Los aguantes serán de 5 segundos para las dos progresiones más completas y la última progresión, que es solamente un tuck, va a ser de 30 segundos para ir evolucionando poco a poco y ganar la fuerza necesaria para el front lever. Todo lo van a hacer seguidos chicos por 3 series. No se les olvide: si se sienten cansados pueden descansar unos segundos y ya luego retomar la barra. Como último ejercicio en la parte de la tensión haremos remo a pica front lever por 8 repeticiones divididas en 3 series; un ejercicio que ayudará mucho a entender cómo debemos partir el lumbar.
The second exercise is a combined one; it would be three isometrics in a single instant. Let me explain: look at the pictures in detail. We'll start with a super advanced tuck, then a normal advanced tuck and finally a normal front tuck. The holds will be 5 seconds for the two most complete progressions and the last progression, which is only a tuck, will be 30 seconds to gradually evolve and gain the necessary strength for the front lever. You will do everything in a row, guys, for 3 sets. Don't forget: if you feel tired, you can rest for a few seconds and then return to the bar. As a last exercise in the tension part we will do the front lever row for 8 repetitions divided in 3 sets; an exercise that will help a lot to understand how we should split the lumbar.

Como últimos ejercicios, serían dos formas de hacer la dominada: con agarre prono y supino, la cual van a hacer 15 dominadas por 4 series. En esta parte pueden realizarlo como ustedes quieran chicos, siempre y cuando no pasen de los 3 minutos de descanso para que el cuerpo no se enfríe tan rápido. As last exercises, there are two ways to do the pull-up: prone and supine, which you are going to do 15 pull-ups for 4 sets. In this part you can do it as you want guys, as long as you don't spend more than 3 minutes of rest so that the body doesn't cool down so fast.
