Today I want to talk about a very important topic that we often leave aside when we start creating content on Hive, something as important as innovation.
When we enter this platform we often believe that we will only talk about one type of content or that we will only publish in one community.
But if you are one of those who are really active watching the trends, you will soon understand that every day new spaces and new ways of sharing our content emerge.
We will call this innovating, doing the things we like in a different way than we were used to, with the aim of achieving a better result.

En este día les quiero hablar de un tema muy importante y que muchas veces dejamos un lado al momento de empezar a crear contenido en Hive, algo tan importante como lo es la innovación.
Cuando ingresamos a esta plataforma muchas veces creemos que hablaremos únicamente de un solo tipo o que publicaremos exclusivamente en una comunidad.
Pero si eres de los que está realmente activo viendo las tendencias entenderás pronto que cada día surgen nuevos espacios y nuevas formas de compartir nuestro contenido.
A esto le llamaremos innovar, hacer las cosas que nos gustan de una manera diferente a la que estábamos acostumbrando, con el objetivo de conseguir un mejor resultado.
I constantly read people complaining because a certain whale is not voting for them, and this could be for different reasons, because writing here does not guarantee you a strong vote or an exclusive vote.
Many times it seems that they write for that particular whale to read them, but they don't care about having a real audience.
Constantemente leo a personas quejarse porque cierta ballena no los está votando, y esto pudiera ser por diferentes motivos, pues escribir acá no te garantiza un voto fuerte o un voto exclusivo.
Muchas veces parece que escriben para que esa ballena en particular los lea, pero no se preocupan por tener un público real.
In this sense I consider that if a certain style is not bringing the expected results it would be best to innovate, make changes and try your luck, you can even see what other users do that are more "known" and analyze what catches your attention of that profile that you could implement in yours.
Otra cosa que he notado es que esas mismas personas siguen teniendo el mismo patrón al momento de publicar, es decir, mismo formato, mismo tipo de imágenes, mismo tema.
En este sentido yo considero que si cierto estilo no está trayendo los resultados esperados lo mejor sería innovar, hacer cambios y probar suerte, incluso, puedes ver que hacen otros usuarios que son más "conocidos" y analizar que te llama la atención de ese perfil que podrías implementar en el tuyo.
I currently have more than 500 followers which I consider to be a good number since I am a Hive native and I don't come from Steemit.
Hace unos años estaba viendo en YouTube unos vídeos sobre como ser un youtuber exitoso, como llamar la atención de tu público, consejos para colocar etiquetas, hacer imágenes más llamativas, entre otras. A pesar de que estos consejos nunca los apliqué en YouTube, los he aplicado en Hive y hasta ahora creo que me ha dado buenos resultados.
En la actualidad cuento con más de 500 seguidores lo cual considero que es un buen número siendo que yo soy nativa de Hive y no vengo de Steemit.
What is my secret?
I like to interact with other users, leave valuable comments, share content in different communities and of different types, I have carried out initiatives, contests, I have been in Discord programs. I usually show the posts I share in the "My blog" section, because I feel that this way they are more exposed compared to the "All posts" section. I share my posts in Discord, and also sometimes in Twitter.
Maybe writing about different topics is not the best for my personal brand, but the truth is that the way I show myself here, that's the way I am in real life. I like several things. However, I lean towards content about my life, makeup or drawing.
¿Cuál es mi secreto?
Me gusta interactuar con los demás usuarios, dejar comentarios de valor, compartir contenido en diferentes comunidades y de diferente tipo, he realizado iniciativas, concursos, he estado en programas de Discord. Suelo mostrar las publicaciones que comparto en la sección de "My blog", porque siento que así están más expuestas comparada a la sección "All posts". Comparto mis posts en Discord, y también algunas veces en Twitter.
Quizás eso de escribir de diferentes temas no es lo más óptimo para mi marca personal, pero es que la verdad tal como me muestro aquí, así soy en la vida real. Me gustan varias cosas. Sin embargo, me inclino por contenido sobre mi vida, maquillaje o dibujo.
I used to spend a lot more time editing images, however, since I got a new phone this job is much easier, because I usually don't have much to edit.
However, something I wanted to improve and especially after reading the contest entries, was my layout style, which I would dare to say is super important, at the level of the quality of the images or even higher.
That's why for this post I prepared a new visual proposal, a banner for the languages, some icons with my profiles in other networks and a new banner.
Finally, I would like to ask @fermionico, @maryed, @jennyzer, @ylich what other way of innovating do you think could be applied to grow in Hive.
Anteriormente le dedicaba mucho más tiempo a la edición de imágenes, sin embargo, desde que adquirí un nuevo teléfono este trabajo es mucho más sencillo, porque normalmente no tengo mucho que editar.
Sin embargo, algo que quería mejorar y sobretodo después de leer las participaciones en el concurso, era mi estilo de maquetado, el cuál me atrevería a decir que es súper importante, al nivel de la calidad de las imágenes o incluso superior.
Es por ello que para este post preparé una nueva propuesta visual, un banner para los idiomas, unos íconos con mis perfiles en otras redes y un nuevo banner.
Para finalizar me gustaría preguntarles a @fermionico, @maryed, @jennyzer, @ylich que otra forma de innovar creen que se podría aplicar para crecer en Hive.
