He querido participar en este iniciativa patrocinada por @theycallmedan de la que supe gracias a los amigos de @aliento, desde mi experiencia descubriendo la app que me dio la bienvenida al #blockchain.

I wanted to participate in this initiative sponsored by @theycallmedan which I learned about thanks to @aliento's friends, from my experience discovering the app that welcomed me to #blockchain.

Como aún soy muy novato mal puedo brindarles un tutorial, pero quiero compartirles a quienes como yo recién se inician en la plataforma, invitarles a descubrir las excelentes herramientas que brinda esta #DApp

As I'm still a novice, I can't give you a tutorial, but I want to share with those like me who are just starting on the platform, to invite you to discover the excellent tools that this #DApp offers

Primero me gustaría contarles como para mi, #PeakD se convirtió en un mecanismo de aprendizaje.

First I would like to tell you how for me, #PeakD became a learning mechanism.

Me considero un buscador y mi mente curiosa me ha llevado por algunos rincones descubriendo comunidades y excelente contenido donde comencé de no saber NADA a tener muchas ideas de maquetado y posteado en el futuro casi... inmediato. Me gusta que he conseguido un entorno colaborativo, que comparte sus conocimientos y ayudan a los recién llegados a crecer en la plataforma, es el ambiente que en sentido desde los amigos de @aliento.

I consider myself a searcher and my curious mind has taken me to some corners discovering communities and excellent content where I started from knowing NOTHING to having many ideas for layout and posting in the almost... immediate future. I like that I have achieved a collaborative environment, sharing their knowledge and helping newcomers to grow on the platform, is the environment that in sense from friends of @aliento.

Ahora sí les voy a comentar algunas cositas y tips que me han ayudado a situarme con #PeakD y a aprovechar sus bondades.

Now I'm going to tell you some little things and tips that have helped me position myself with #PeakD and take advantage of its benefits.

Algo que recomiendo a quienes recién se inician es darse un paseo por la aplicación antes de comenzar a usarla, revidar las comunidades, documentar bien sus contenidos y examinar la #Dapp para cometer la menor cantidad de errores de principiante posibles.

Something I recommend to those who are just starting out is to take a walk through the application before starting to use it, review the communities, document its contents well and examine the #Dapp to make as few beginner's mistakes as possible.

Así que paso 1: Navegar por la plataforma y por los apartados de su perfil.

Los primeros renglones son tu perfil y tus respuestas, así que los pasaré por alto, ya que es bastante básico.

  Esta herramienta nos permite tener a la mano post interesantes, iniciativas en las que desees participar, instrucciones, contenido de calidad y cualquier publicación a la que desees seguir la pista. Para los principiantes, es excelente poder guardar las ideas en un lugar accesible dentro de la misma plataforma.

  This tool allows us to have on hand interesting posts, initiatives you want to participate in, instructions, quality content and any publication you want to track. For beginners, it is excellent to be able to store ideas in an accessible place within the same platform.

• Actividades

  Activities

  Un resumen de tus actividades en la plataforma, para observar tus votos, sus porcentajes, respuestas etc. Es un resumen detallado del crecimiento de tu cuenta.
  Esto puede ayudarte a seguir contenido y autores que comparta intereses contigo, de esta manera acercando la interacción. A mi me ha servido para conocer personas con intereses similares a los míos intercambiando conocimiento.

  A summary of your activities on the platform, to observe your votes, their percentages, answers etc. A detailed summary of your account growth.
  This can help you follow content and authors who share your interests, thus bringing the interaction closer. It has been useful for me to meet people with similar interests to mine by exchanging knowledge.

• Billetera #ShowMeTheMoney

  En tu billetera básicamente encuentras los valores estimados de tu cuenta, tus recompensas e instrumentos cambiarios con los que puedes liquidar y negociar tus activos dentro y fuera de la plataforma, aún no la uso pero es un buen dato saber donde ves tus recompensas.

  In your wallet you basically find the estimated values of your account, your rewards and currency instruments with which you can liquidate and trade your assets in and out of the platform, I don't use it yet but it's a good thing to know where you see your rewards.

• Herramientas

  Como lo indica su nombre, encontrarás una cantidad interesante de opciones de manejo e información sobre tu cuenta, les muestro un poco el detalle.

  As its name indicates, you will find an interesting amount of management options and information about your account, I show them a little detail.

  • Analiticas/ analytics
    
    Puedes visualizar gráficos que te muestran tus interacciones y el crecimiento de tu cuenta, ayudándote a establecer metas y líneas de tiempo para alcanzar tus objetivos en la plataforma. Buena opción para poner en números tu estrategia.

  You can view graphs that show your interactions and account growth, helping you set goals and timelines to achieve your objectives on the platform. Good option to put your strategy in numbers.

  • Borradores/Drafts:
    
    Acá podemos tener guardadas ideas, post en cola, cosas en las que vayas trabajando y aún no estés listo para publicar, que no se te pierdan las ideas! tenlas prevenidas al bate como decimos en criollo Venezolano!

  We can have saved ideas, post in line, things that you are working on and are not ready to publish yet, don't lose your ideas!

  • Plantillas:
    
    Esto es un verdadero REGALO!! para los pensadores y no tan aficionados a esto de la escritura virtual, piensa y crea tu maqueta una sola vez bien hecha, luego dedica tu esfuerzo en el proceso creativo. Un buen consejo para los que recién nos estamos iniciando.

  This is a real GIFT! for thinkers and not so fond of this virtual writing, think and create your model once well done, then devote your effort in the creative process. Good advice for those of us who are just starting out.

  • Post programados/Scheduled Post
    
    Tienes una audiencia que interactúa en un horario específico? aumenta tu actividad posteando en el horario adecuado, programa tus publicaciones y así te aseguras que llegará a tu público objetivo en el mejor momento.

  Do you have an audience that interacts at a specific time? Increase your activity by posting at the right time, schedule your publications and thus ensure that they reach your target audience at the best time.

  • Marcadores/ Bookmark:
    Descrito más arriba en este post, puedes encontrarlos también en la barra de herramientas ubicada a la izquierda del portal.

  Described above in this post, you can also find them in the toolbar located on the left side of the portal.

• Listas de Usuarios / User Lists:
  Cuando sigues cuentas que apoyan tus creaciones y tu crecimiento. Puedes crear listas por tema o cualquier otra clasificación que se te ocurra, es una buena forma de organizar el contenido que revisas por orden de prioridad.

When you follow accounts that support your creations and your growth. You can create lists by theme or any other classification you can think of, it's a good way to organize the content you review in order of priority.

1. Elije un usuario para agregar a tu lista.

Choose a user to add to your list.

2) Crea una lista por tema.

Create a list by topic

3) Presiona GUARDAR y listo!

Press SAVE and you're done!

• Promocionar/Promote:
  En este apartado encontrarás las propuestas de la plataforma para impulsar tus publicaciones.

In this section you will find the proposals of the platform to promote your publications.

PORTAFOLIO

PORTFOLIO

Como aficionado a la fotografía tuve una grata sorpresa al descubrir que desde el apartado configuraciones se puede habilitar el Portafolio de trabajo, así que para los #creativos es una excelente herramienta.

As a photography fan I had a pleasant surprise to discover that from the section settings you can enable the Portfolio of work, so for #creativos it is an excellent tool.

Optimizar la Navegación
En Venezuela esta opción es bastante útil ya que cuando la conectividad falla o es deficiente, podemos habilitarla y mejorar la experiencia en la plataforma cuando navegamos desde nuestro celular.

In Venezuela this option is quite useful since when connectivity fails or is deficient, we can enable it and improve the experience on the platform when navigating from our cell phone.

Medidas de seguridad - Lista Negra

Dejé para el final una nota desagradable pero importante para tomar en cuenta.

I left for the end an unpleasant but important note to take into account.

En uno de mis primeros post comencé a recibir comentarios insistentes, insidiosos además de inapropiados con gráficas muy desagradables, silencié el comentario y lo volvían a postear, cuando me di cuenta que podía enviarlo a la Lista Negra para que dejara de aparecer.
Acá donde revisar que esté habilitada.

In one of my first posts I started receiving insistent, insidious as well as inappropriate comments with very unpleasant graphics, I silenced the comment and they were posting it again, when I realized that I could send it to the Black List to stop it from appearing.
Here to check that it is enabled.
