During this first year on Hive I can only thank all the support I have received from the Hive community in general.
Today I want to thank initially the friends of @rutablockchain and their loan service offered by @ruta.loans thanks to them I have already made several successful loans and one after another have been for the same cause: My new home.
Example, my first loan was the following: Loan to starwarm for 55 hbd this loan at the time I did not want to share but this money was destined to pay the fees of a lawyer for the drafting of a legal document that would help me to make the purchase of my new apartment, this was a great help for that moment, you do not know how much!
The next loan was a recent one 80 HBD Loan which was used for the purchase of Christmas items for my new home.
Now, on January 7th after canceling this last loan I decided to apply for a new loan and thus complete to make a purchase that I had very much pending which we are going to enjoy a lot, my wife @mariafrancesita, my girl and me.
This is a 32” LED TV Chiq Android brand, a purchase that was among our plans but because of the amount of expenses for the month of December and the remodeling that we are carrying out had made us very hard to meet this purchase, however something that has benefited me from this last rise in the market of Hive has been the possibility that with my accumulated HP could have the ability to apply for a loan through @ruta.loans in its model T2 so it has been for an amount of 100HBD.
In short, many may think “Well of course, in bull market anyone can have that ability” or any kind of thought of this style, for which I think and is that my accumulated HP has risen thanks to what? I could say that I have been constant, I have believed in hive, I like the system, I like to write and throughout the year 2024 I was a believer in the project.

Ejemplo, mi primer préstamo fue el siguiente: Préstamo a starwarm por 55 hbd este prestamos en su momento no lo quise compartir pero este dinero fue destinado para el pago de los honorarios de un abogado por la redacción de un documento legal que me ayudaría a realizar la compra de mi nuevo apartamento, esto fue de gran ayuda para aquel momento, ¡no saben cuanto!
El siguiente préstamo fue uno reciente Préstamo 80 HBD el cual fue utilizado para la compra de artículos navideños para mi nuevo hogar.
Ahora, el día 07 de enero luego de cancelado este último préstamo decidí solicitar un nuevo préstamo y con ello completar para realizar una compra que tenía muy al pendiente de la cual vamos a disfrutar muchísimo, mi esposa @mariafrancesita, mi niña y yo.
Se trata de un TV Led de 32" marca Chiq Android, una compra que estaba entre nuestros planes pero que por la cantidad de gastos del mes de diciembre y de la remodelación que estamos llevando a cabo se nos había hecho muy cuesta arriba cumplir con esta compra, sin embargo algo que me ha beneficiado de está última subida en el mercado de Hive ha sido la posibilidad de que con mi HP acumulado pudiera contar con la capacidad de solicitar un préstamo a través de @ruta.loans en su modelo T2 por lo que ha sido por un monto de 100HBD
En definitiva, muchos podrán pensar "Bueno claro, en bull market cualquiera pueda tener esa capacidad" o cualquier tipo de pensamiento de este estilo, para lo cual pienso y es que ¿mi HP acumulado ha subido gracias a que? yo podría decir que he sido constante, he creído en hive, me gusta el sistema, me gusta escribir y durante todo el año 2024 fui creyente del proyecto.
Así que, ¡gracias! mi HP espero seguir aumentándolo, poder también ir cumpliendo cabalmente con la deuda contraída y seguir usando los servicios ofrecido por los amigos de @rutablockchain en serio, Gracias.
