Also this has become quite the Challenge! With so many units to review in the game the consensus in the hobby community is that I will not have enough time to review all of the Datasheets before the new edition of Warhammer 40,000 came out.
I should have started when 10th edition launched!

Not picking randomly at the moment, I am focusing on Blood Angels to get them done before their new Codex comes out!
Blood Angels, Captain Tycho
10th Edition Index
Captain Tycho is a character that has two Datasheets, each to represent different times of his life. Tycho was a famous commander who fell to the Black Rage and went to the Death Company.
These rules represent him before he went bonkers.
He costs 75pts and again, seems to be another model removed from the new Codex and put into Legends.

Ranged:
Boltpistol
Range 12", 1 Attack, Hits on a 2+, S4, Ap 0, 1 Damage each
Pistol (This unit can shoot this weapon even if they are in engagement with an enemy unit.)
Blood Song
Range 24", 2 Attacks, Hits on a 2+, S4, Ap -1, 2 Damage each
Anti-Infantry 4+ (Critically Wounds Infantry Targets on a 4+)
Devastating Wounds (Critical Wounds on a roll of a 6, or a 4+ in his case against Infantry, cause Mortal Wounds and cut right through armor and invulnerable saves.)
Melta 2 (Shooting at a target within half range of 12", add 2 to the damage - meaning 4 damage!)
Melee:
Dead Man’s Hand
6 Attacks, Hitting on 2+, S4, Ap -1, 2 Damage each
Abilities

Gifted Commander
While leading a unit and they are selected to shoot, you can select one of the following rules to apply:
Heavy (The unit gets +1 to Hit if they stood still)
Assault (The unit can Advance and shoot)
Rapid Fire 1 (Their weapons get an additional shot when in half range)
Embittered
The first time an attack is allocated to this model, until the end of the game, change his number of attacks on Dead Man's Hand to 12!
Thoughts
Tycho's Gifted Commander might make him popular in a shooting unit. The best of those he can join are Company Heroes and Sternguard Veterans. But Sterguard Bolt Rifles already have Heavy, Assault and Rapid Fire 1 and Combi-Weapons also have Rapid Fire 1. So it really only helps the Heavy Bolter.
Company Heroes would give you a much better advantage or, since he is going to Legends anyway, the Legends Datasheet for Command Squad could be a cool fit.
His Embittered rule is a bit of a funny one. He must be the target, which usually means that his bodyguard unit is dead. Or someone tried to assassinate him. Either way, he does not need to lose wounds in order to get this buff.
12 Attacks is pretty awesome!
That makes 7 Blood Angels Reviewed putting them on 36.84% Completed! The total Completed is 13.69% Complete! Can I review them all?!
