¡Un café más!: Nuevo evento para construir [Eng+Esp]

¡Saludos!

Faltan pocos días para el evento especial y exclusivo del que hemos recibido esta hermosa invitación por parte de nuestra comunidad de Hive en Barquisimeto y quiero sumarme a la iniciativa de dar un pequeño impulso a este nuevo encuentro con palabras de agradecimiento y manifestar mi alegría porque se celebrará esta nueva actividad de las muchas que se han desarrollado en Barquisimeto.

Me llena de mucha emotividad, recordar las primeras convocatorias de este año, asistir con toda mi timidez siendo tan nueva en Hive y ahora ha pasado casi un año entero de compartir más que un café, hemos asumido retos de trabajo en equipo que me generan alegría y completa satisfacción de que hemos construido cercanía y amistad bonita.

Hoy estoy a varios kilómetros de mi querida comunidad de Barquisimeto, pero no podía faltar este post, especialmente hecho como aporte a la organización del Hive Creators coffee, del que pueden leer más a detalle aquí.

La importancia de este eveno para mí

Los eventos son espacios necesarios para la promoción, las alianzas, ayudan a generar seguridad, confianza y sobre todo nos retan a trascender y proyectar nuevos propósitos, los cuales caminen a lo ya justificado por este post pero también a la necesidad de construir estrategias de seguimiento y acompañamiento, que requiere todo proceso creativo y de abordaje para:

1. Medir los saldos sustanciales o alcances
2. Que sea sustentable en el tiempo
3. Que puedan generar sentido de pertenencia en sus participantes.

Para mí, el Hive Creators Coffee será un espacio íntimo, propicio y útil para diseñar de manera contextualizada un plan de trabajo que ayude a enfocar esfuerzos y recursos que puedan ser generados por la voluntad misma de la comunidad organizada, lo cual es todo un reto emocionante porque promoverá ideas a proyectos concretos.

Desde ya, saben que cerca o lejos cuentan conmigo para el apoyo, porque siempre hay maneras mágicas de acortar las distancias, para crear en conjunto.

Gracias a la comunidad somos lo que somos

Gracias al impulso de la comunidad avanzamos en aprendizajes, experiencias y oportunidades, eso ha hecho @hiversbqto un espacio que surgió para reunirnos, encontrarnos y progresivamente se enfocó en valorar lo educativo, debo admitir que de no haberme dado la oportunidad de asistir y aprender en cada evento, muchas cosas que actualmente vivo, no serían posibles.

Cada evento de los que he participado en Barquisimeto, desde un salón de escuela hasta un mega centro comercial, han sido lecciones que hoy atesoro mucho, son mantras para la vida:

Hive es global
Hive trasciende el blog
Hive es oportunidad
Hive es comunidad
Hive no tiene un dueño
¡Todos somos Hive!.

De allí que, agradezco la paciencia de cada hivers con quién me he sentado a conversar, preguntar y aclarar tantas dudas, quienes pacientemente me han enseñado mucho y me han dado la confianza constantemente, lo que para mí ha sido un honor colaborar siempre desde mis posibilidades y capacidades, evidentemente retando cada día a más en toda nueva oportunidad.

Si bien, este tipo de espacios ayudan a crear y promover valor en conjunto, existen muchas otras formas que en la medida que podamos construir estrategias de manera consensuada y planificada darán sus frutos, así que 2023 se viene con todas las fuerzas y las mejores energías para Hive desde los territorio dónde hacemos vida o incluso traspasar fronteras que nos unas siempre más.

Este tipo de evento pequeño pero signficativo, trae consigo muchas oportunidades para aprovechar al máximo y estoy segura que así será, aunque no podré estar porque no estoy en Lara, estaré atenta a todo de manera online, más adelante estaré compartiendo nuevamente como hasta ahora lo hemos hecho.

Admito que no me gusta el café, pero si es para compartir entre buenas amistades pido un café más, uno claro con más leche que café, siempre que sea acompañado con una porción de torta, libreta, lápiz e ideas que emergen de la creatividad y la inspiración cuando andamos en nuevos proyectos, así que desde aquí estare con ese café claro y mis implementos de trabajo a mano.

Las ideas dejan de ser ideas para convertirse en proyectos consolidado, cuando hay voluntad hacia lo común y estoy segura de que en eso andamos.

Greetings

There are only a few days left for the special and exclusive event of which we have received this beautiful invitation from our Hive community in Barquisimeto and I want to join the initiative to give a small boost to this new meeting with words of thanks and express my joy because this new activity of the many that have been developed in Barquisimeto will be held.

It fills me with a lot of emotion, remembering the first calls of this year, attending with all my shyness being so new in Hive and now it has been almost a whole year of sharing more than a coffee, we have taken on challenges of teamwork that generate me joy and complete satisfaction that we have built closeness and beautiful friendship.

Today I am several kilometers away from my beloved community of Barquisimeto, but I could not miss this post, especially made as a contribution to the organization of the Hive Creators coffee, of which you can read more in detail here.

The importance of this event for me

Events are necessary spaces for promotion, alliances, help to generate security, confidence and above all challenge us to transcend and project new purposes, which walk to what is already justified by this post but also to the need to build strategies for follow-up and accompaniment, which requires every creative process and approach to:

1. measure the substantial balances or scopes.
2. To make it sustainable over time
3. That it can generate a sense of belonging in its participants.

For me, the Hive Creators Coffee will be an intimate, propitious and useful space to design in a contextualized way a work plan that helps to focus efforts and resources that can be generated by the will of the organized community itself, which is an exciting challenge because it will promote ideas to concrete projects.

From now on you know that near or far you can count on me for support, because there are always magical ways to shorten distances and create together.

Thanks to the community we are what we are

Thanks to the impulse of the community we advance in learning, experiences and opportunities, that has made @hiversbqto a space that emerged to gather, meet and progressively focused on valuing the educational, I must admit that if I had not been given the opportunity to attend and learn in each event, many things that I currently live, would not be possible.

From every event I have attended in Barquisimeto, from a school classroom to a mega mall, have been lessons that today I treasure very much, such as:

Hive is global
Hive transcends the blog
Hive is opportunity
Hive is community
Hive does not have an owner
We are all Hive!

Therefore, I am grateful for the patience of each hivers with whom I have sat down to talk, ask and clarify so many doubts, who have patiently taught me a lot and have constantly given me confidence, which for me has been an honor to collaborate always from my possibilities and capabilities, obviously challenging every day to more in every new opportunity.

Although these types of spaces help to create and promote value together, there are many other ways that, as long as we can build strategies in a consensual and planned manner, will bear fruit, so 2023 is coming with all the strength and the best energies to Hive from the territories where we live or even cross borders that will unite us even more.

This kind of small but significant event, brings with it many opportunities to make the most of and I am sure it will be so, although I will not be able to be there because I am not in Lara, I will be watching everything online, later I will be sharing again as we have done so far.

I admit that I do not like coffee, but if it is to share with good friends I ask for more coffee, one with more milk than coffee, as long as it is accompanied with a piece of cake, notebook, pencil and ideas that emerge from creativity and inspiration when we walk in new projects, so from here I will be with that clear coffee and my work tools at hand.

Ideas cease to be ideas to become consolidated projects, when there is a will towards the common good and I am sure that is what we are working on.
