There really was the intention and I had planned to publish this post on February 2, 2022. Just this past Wednesday because it seemed to me that the date 02-02-2022 sounded esoteric and cabalistic enough to publish a post of this type.
But as always happens in this life, not everything goes as planned. Either for one thing or another, something suddenly gets in the way and interferes with our plans.
Like, for example, if you run out of electricity in the middle of your work because you don't have a stable and quality electrical service in the place where you are. Among many other things of which you do not have the slightest control of events.
I wanted to publish this post on 02-02-2022 because apart from the esoteric and cabalistic aspects of the date, I also wanted to include the tag #TechnoFriday among the many others that I finally included at the end of this article.
Simply because this is a post about music. Ancient music that fits quite well in the spirit of what that tag above insinuates as well as in the others that I ended up including. Just in time for #DanceWeekend and #MondayTrance for @uwelang LoL.
I know very well that these dancing tunes are too unsophisticated and too old fashioned for what our still very young German friend is used to enjoying, mixing and curating here on the blockchain. But nonetheless, it occurred to me that I should annoy him and challenge him in some way to get his opinion on how they sounds from a danceable perspective. After all, he was/is a DJ with good taste. };)
So, let's throw this track first to acclimatize him well.
Fortunately, I have here a good friend and veteran blockchain music lover whose username is @edje who is also an expert in these trance and techno music genres of the old days. Who has told me on some occasion that my humble, minimalist and old melodies have been able to transport him to those unforgettable experiences that as a true raver he has enjoyed through the clandestine parties of Amsterdam back in the day. And obviously this post is also dedicated to him. :)
I don't know if the Rave scene with Techno and Trance music was the same in Germany and Holland at that time. But I suspect that it was. Besides, I don't know if @edje and @uwelang are more or less the same age. But I have a hunch that they actually are just as old and veteran kicking up dust in the streets.
Therefore, mainly for these two distinguished members of our electronic music community is that this musical post is primarily dedicated. To make them jump, bounce and relive their youth with good memories as a YoYoMan. Hahahaha
Perhaps it is convenient to clarify that these three tracks here today are part of what at the time, in the past, I called my famous Minimal Techno & HypnoTrance DJ set. And that these specific tracks in this post were the ones that I used to play when the crowd was already sweating on the dance floor once I had already captivated them with my hypnotic and frantic but still smooth cadence.
By this I mean, that these tracks used to begin to sound after the slow spell and the gradually minimalist bewitch of my weird music had already made a dent on the audience and they begun to take a liking as to make them jump voluptuously all over the place. I confess that these were not of a known cadence that they were used to hearing, dancing and enjoying. So I had to dosify it little by little and step by step.
Because for to try to immerse them in my strange musical world of original and unique pieces that they had not heard or danced before. I had to tiptoe them in stealthy mode with at least an hour of mixing other tracks of my repertoire with a somewhat more inviting and hypnotic cadence like the ones you will find below:
The tracks that you can find in my previous articles on the subject. And whose first article you can read by clicking here and the second of the series by clicking here.
Yeah, click on the links. I think that apart from enjoying the music you will also enjoy the articles. Since in them I narrate part of the story of my adventures in this amazing world of raves and clandestine parties in my country.
With these three songs that I share here today, there are already nine that I have shared in this style here on the blockchain. And that coincide with the nine that I have published so far in my SounCloud account specifically with the intention of sharing them here with you. So if you decide to go there, maybe you can play them all together and launch your own private underground party in your bedroom if you wish. In my opinion, it's always nice to reminisce about the old days. :)
