Gym Dump #26 | Que paz da entrenar… [ESP-ENG]

Hellooo, espero te encuentres muy bien y hayas tenido una semana maravillosa! Particularmente pude entrenar solo dos días otra vez esta semana. El jueves, cuando pisé el gym sentí una paz inmensa jajaja, no me gusta verlo de esta forma, pero fue como una recompensa. La razón por la cual no pude asistir es por tener muchas evaluaciones en la uni y preferí ceder ese tiempo para poder estudiar, pero repito, no es algo que me encanta y el jueves lo corroboré, entrenar me calma y hace mucho bien, disfruté como no imaginan esos días, hasta el dolorcito muscular que tenía tiempo sin sentir😅.

Como les comenté en el post pasado, ya estoy buscando formas de poder organizarme y posiblemente cambiarme a otro gym para no tener que estar haciendo costumbre eso de negociar ese rato de despeje para mi… cuéntame, como te fue esta semana en tus entrenos para interactuar un poquito, espero verte pronto en la comunidad. Hellooo, I hope you are feeling well and have had a wonderful week! Particularly I was only able to train two days again this week. On Thursday, when I stepped into the gym I felt an immense peace hahaha, I don't like to look at it that way, but it was like a reward. The reason why I couldn't go to the gym is because I had a lot of exams at uni and I preferred to give up that time to study, but I repeat, it's not something I love and on Thursday I corroborated it, training calms me down and does me a lot of good, I enjoyed those days like you can't imagine, even the muscle pain that I hadn't felt for a long time😅.

As I mentioned in the last post, I'm already looking for ways to organize myself and possibly change to another gym so I don't have to make a habit of negotiating that time to clear my mind... tell me, how was this week in your workouts to interact a little bit, I hope to see you soon in the community.
