I've been trying to keep a good 12 hours between my workouts in the past but I simply couldn't keep it that short. I had to be 1 day even if the workout in question was 15 minutes of cardio.
I liked to try my cardio at night and my strength training during the day. Yesterday I had to switch that. After I did my jumping jacks I got home and did chest day exercises at home.
I focused on Declined push-ups and tried to do regular push-ups. My program was long but the goal was not to finish the program but to have one to look forward to. It's an ideal I conjured up in my mind that I may never be able to attain but it works.
I could feel the pump just after the warm-up sets. If the warm-up sets are this effective then there is no telling how far the working sets will take me once I am able to do them.
The problem with at-home exercises is the fact that your muscles might not get adequately stimulated, but I don't mind for now. Also, I have plans to get equipment soon enough.
Hope you guy can join me on TikTok sometime.
