I have a really bad network where I stay and it leads to a lot of problems when I try to make records of my jogging. I found a solution by opening the app at the beginning middle and end of my jog but on some days that I'm struggling while jogging to open my YouTube to listen to podcasts, my efforts are very futile.
Today's jog was one of those futile ones. I was trying to upload a TikTok video that kept coming to a halt as was going to YouTube to start my podcast experience.
The podcast is about being conscious of the might which is the theme of all the content that I am consuming. The book I'm reading is titled The Power of Now.
I hope I can be more enlightened... it's such a peaceful existence when I am focused on the present moment
After my 28 mins jog, I ate premade beans porridge (about 1 serving) which is about 15g of protein. Then at work, I had some pieces of meat that I estimate to be about 15g too. Lastly, The packed chicken I went to work with was about 50g, all in I might have come close to my daily protein target of 90g.
Work was not stressful at all since my workplace did a good job of employing extra hands. I can focus on being a doctor and not hoping no new patient comes or that the condition is of no complexity so I can go autopilot on the patient.
I exchanged duties with a colleague so I could participate in the sports competition between Nigerian doctors. I told them I would be willing to run 100m, I think I might also be able to do 1500m (or whatever long-distance race that exists).
After work, I still managed to do shoulder and calf strength training.
