I have not trained for a while because with the pandemic that affected us all, in this case especially me.
I want to start my daily life with exercise being part of it again, I will start in January, currently, I lose 5% of body mass.
But in the month of January I want to try a more intensive training and diet will be about 2500 or 3000 calories a day with a training of 2,3 or 3 hours for 6 days a week with aerobic intervals 2 times a week.
Looking for definition in the upper body and increased mass in the legs by spending more time on them.
