I set a new record for both time and distance and surpassed my goal for today which was to increase the distance by half a kilometer from yesterday (From 6.31 km, I went up to 7.29 km, almost a full kilometer).

After finishing my run, I went to get a coconut water. I love hydrating with this water after my workout. In case you didn't know, coconut water is really healthy; it contains electrolytes like potassium, sodium, and magnesium, making it perfect for preventing dehydration and is used for athletic performance.

Y así fue mi Dia #2 del Maraton Challenge| Te reto a que te retes.
Hice record de tiempo y distancia and superé mi objetivo de hoy que era aumentar medio kilómetro a la distancia recorrida ayer,( De 6.31 km subí a 7.29 km, casi 1 kilómetro completo).
Después de terminar de correr fui a por un agua de coco, adoro hidratarme con esta agua luego de terminar mi deporte. Por si no lo saben, el agua de coco es super saludable, contiene electrolitos como potasio, sodio y magnesio por lo que es perfecta para prevenir la deshidratación y es usada para el rendimiento atlético.
