I want to tell you about one of the best concerts I have had this year with my orchestra, Filarmónica de Yaracuy.
Quiero contarles uno de los mejores conciertos que he tenido en el año con mi orquesta, Filarmónica de Yaracuy.
This repertoire was short but it was very entertaining because we had dances as we played Peter and the Wolf, by Sergey Prokofiev and The Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky, which have scenic representation of dances and it was the best, this combination of live music and dance has always been a great idea and good that we could materialize and that the public enjoyed it very much.
This repertoire demanded a lot of concentration since it is a light repertoire but combining it with the dance and all the scene that is created... it changes many things, to live this tension and the state of alertness again was also good for me.
Este repertorio fue corto pero estuvo muy entretenido porque tuvimos danzas ya que tocamos Pedro y el Lobo, de Sergey Prokofiev y Las Cascanueces de Tchaikovsky, las cuales tienen representación escénica de danzas y fue lo mejor, esta combinación de música en vivo y danza siempre ha sido una gran idea y que bueno que lo pudimos materializar y que el publico lo disfruto mucho.
Este repertorio exigía mucha concentración ya que es un repertorio ligero pero al combinarlo con la danza y toda la escena que se crea... cambia muchas cosas, vivir esta tensión y el estado de alerta nuevamente fue también bueno para mi.
Previously I wasn't used to take a lot of pictures at concerts, I don't have a phone either and when I had one I wasn't very good with the camera. So for a long time I always wanted to save every moment but despite that I could treasure it in my mind and as soon as I had a good phone I started to save every memory now in a virtual way.
Anteriormente no era de tomar muchas fotos en los conciertos, destaco que tampoco tenia un teléfono y cuando lo tuve no era muy buenos con la cámara. Así que por mucho tiempo siempre quise guardar cada momento pero pese a eso lo pude atesorar en mi mente y apenas tuve un buen teléfono empecé a guardar cada recuerdo ahora de manera virtual.

I emphasize that I have known each of them almost all my life, and Maria Cecilia previously in the first professional orchestra that I participated in was my principal, my beloved orchestra, La Juventud Yaracuyana from 2009 to 2014.
They were the most beautiful years and the most orchestral experiences I have had. The others were my students when I was a workshop leader of the youth orchestra of San Felipe and I could see them grow and I am proud to have them by my side in this way, as colleagues.
Destaco que a cada uno de ellos los tengo conociendo casi toda la vida, y Maria Cecilia anteriormente en la primera orquesta profesional que participe era mi principal, mi orquesta adorada, La Juventud Yaracuyana de los años 2009 hasta el 2014. Fueron los años mas bonitos y de mayor experiencias orquestal que he tenido.
Los demás fueron mis alumnos cuando en esos años era tallerista de la juvenil de San Felipe y pude verlos crecer y me siento orgullo por tenerlos a mi lado de esta forma, como colegas.
This concert entitled "Cuento Filarmónico para Navidad" was held at the city's main theater, Teatro Jacobo Ramírez, and was a great success despite a small power outage during the intermission.
Este concierto titulado "Cuento Filarmónico para Navidad" y se llevo a cabo en el teatro principal de la cuidad, Teatro Jacobo Ramírez y fue todo un éxito pese a un pequeño corte de energía en el intermedio.

Just before that we had a snack and were in the dressing room resting and waiting for the dances to finish getting ready to start, I also took advantage of that time to take some pictures and continue enjoying what was going to be a very good concert.
Justo antes de eso merendamos y estuvimos en el camerino descansando y esperando a que las danzas terminaran de arreglarse para comenzar, de mi parte aproveche ese tiempo también para tomar algunas fotos y seguir disfrutando de lo que iba de concierto que estaba muy bueno.
We started the second part of the concert without light because we could not let more time pass but thank God the light arrived a few minutes later and we continued without so much trouble.
Comenzamos la segunda parte del concierto sin luz porque no podíamos dejar pasar mas tiempo pero gracias a Dios la luz llego pocos minutos después y continuamos sin tanto problema.
I am very happy for this concert, waiting for a new performance so that many more people can enjoy this art ensemble, orchestra and dance, especially at Christmas time.
Estoy muy feliz por este concierto, a la espera de una nueva función para que mucha mas gente pueda disfrutar de este arte en conjunto, orquesta y danza en especial de navidad.
