Hello friends, hope everyone is healthy and well, friends, you must be living your life happily and peacefully. So friends, as it was Monday today and I had come to my room, I had to go to the gym, so I had returned from my village yesterday evening and today morning I left for the gym, I left for the gym at around 5:00 in the morning and today was my exercise day, so I did chest exercise today. I woke up at 5:00 in the morning and left for my gym and after reaching the gym, first I did 15 minutes of cardio exercise and after that I did 10 minutes of running on the treadmill and after that I did cycling for 5 minutes and after that I did my chest exercise today, in which I did some exercise with dumbbells and some with machines, after that I did some yoga and after about one and a half hours I left my gym.
Friends, after yesterday's holiday, today was a bit painful because it was a day of rest and the body was a bit relaxed 😂😂 Still I did a lot of workout in the gym
I worked hard to reduce my belly
