Sometimes, life feels empty. There may be less money, less friends, or less opportunities around you. Nevertheless, at all times, there is something deeper in oneself, which one may not realize. You just need a way to find it. Maybe the best way to understand that "more" is through the meditation and the mindfulness.
To me, meditation is a few minutes to lie still, and tune in to myself. Whenever I want to meditate, I close my eyes, breathe deeply, and let my mind to calm. At first, my mind gets used to anxieties or plan but then a moment of peace overtakes me. Okay, I will now have the power, the tranquility and at times answers to questions that have bothered me. It's like the heartbeat whispers the things that you've been too busy to hear.
Another thing that helps me is journaling. I write down what I experienced and how I felt—no matter how absurd it seems to others. On rare occasions, I observe that patterns arise when I read a transcript of what I have written. ]y may or should not have been upset about things that are beyond my control. Writing helps me let go of that.
Even simple acts like walking help me. When I am on foot, especially in a peaceful place, I am in tune with nature. The woods, the clouds, and the clean air make me understand that life is scale beyond my problems.
Mindfulness isn’t about fixing everything. The real challenge is to have the space to understand who one is and the prides of those small experiences in life. It is a message reminding us that even if the outside is lacking, there is always something inside that can be rich with life and beauty. More" represents the sense of hope and resilience that can never be grabbed from anyone.
