Kekse und Whisky/ Cookies with Whisky
Aufgrund von Regen und Langeweile entstand dieses Bild. Ich hatte Kekse gebacken und kam auf die Idee, das Rezept mit der Hive Community zu teien. Außerdem hatte ich Lust aufs Photographieren. So entstanden diese eher albernen Fotos.
This picture was taken due to rain and boredom. I had baked some biscuits and had the idea of sharing the recipe with the Hive Community. I also felt like taking photos. That's how these rather silly photos came about.
Aufbau/ Body
Die Fotos entstanden auf dem Küchentisch. Ich arrangierte Keks, Erdnüsse und Whisky auf einer Schale und leuchtete sie mittels Taschenlampen in weiß und orange aus. Dann rotierte ich das bild, indem ich nach jedem Belichtungsschritt die Kamera einige Grad um sich selbst drehte und sie während der Bewegung abdeckte.
The photos were taken on the kitchen table. I arranged biscuits, peanuts and whisky on a bowl and illuminated them in white and orange using torches. Then I rotated the image by turning the camera a few degrees around itself after each exposure step and covering it during the movement.
Dreier/ Triple
Hier gefällt mir die untere Variante besser, aber was denkt Ihr? Nun möchte ich Euch das Keksrezept für die Erdnusshaferkekse nicht vorenthalten:
Man nehme:
200g Erdnussbutter
150g Butter (für Veganer Margarine)
150g Zucker
150g Mehl
400g Haferflocken
1TL Backpulver (kann bei veganen Keksen weggelassen werden)
4 EL Milch (oder Sojamilch)
100g geröstete gesalzene Erdnüsse
zum Garnieren 100g Zartbitterschokolade
Erdnussbutter und Butter in einem Topf schmelzen, mit den Weiteren Zutaten außer den Erdnüssen und der Schokolade verkneten. Die Erdnüsse hacken und hineinkneten. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier belegen und den Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen. Aus dem Teig Kugeln formen und auf dem Backpapier flachdrücken. Blech für 15 min in den Ofen. Kekse auskühlen lassen und die Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen. Kekse mit der flüssigen Schoki garnieren. Take:
200g peanut butter
150g butter (margarine for vegans)
150g sugar
flour
400g rolled oats
1tbsp baking powder
1egg (can be omitted for vegan biscuits)
4 tbsp milk (or soya milk)
100g roasted salted peanuts
for garnish 100g dark chocolate
Melt the peanut butter and butter in a pan, knead with the other ingredients except the peanuts and chocolate. Chop the peanuts and knead in. Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180°C. Shape the dough into balls and flatten them on the baking paper. Place the tray in the oven for 15 minutes. Leave the biscuits to cool and melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Garnish the biscuits with the melted chocolate. I wish you bon appétit and hope for constructive criticism regarding the pictures.
